what should i take out or put in also is there any banned cards in pokemon?

Yes there are banned cards. the only legal cards are Holon Phantoms on........

Now, about your deck, I see how it's good but it's just missing an attacking pokemon like Tangrowth, Torterra, or Dragonite ex.

well what are the banned cards? and i have a Tangrowth.

well, not banned cards, banned sets. if you look at the bottom of a card and it says "2005" or lower it's propably banned.
