Since GG has teched in the blastoise to most decks banette has lost a big advantage over it. I've been experimenting with a few teched cess crystal and in it. Problem is you have to watch pachi. I've also thought about a newer version of lati-lock playin the delta latias and the new latios with luster purge.

Good point. You can KO the gardy but gallade will slow you down alittle. Unless you run a few of them gardy can still lock you and bring their own stadiums and windstorms out against them.

the problem is, youd have to drop valuable stadiums for BF, because you dont want 5 to 6 stadiums, thats overkill

To tell you the truth if they are running Blastoise now, Boundry is not worth it and would not hurt to be replaced with BF. You play 6 +10 cards and only need 2 to OHKO a Gallade if you cycle well enough with Claydol having the tools is NEVER a problem.

IMO more than 2-3 basics besides Shuppet is overkill because you will have way too many bad starts otherwise

another thing is that if they have an immediate big threat then you dont have time to attach to backup bannys. thats why IMO DRE might be better than crystal beach
