I really think lickilicky is underrated and i have been searching for the right cards to pair him with and Ampharos and Omastar fit him really well. I know that some pokemon can hit for more for the same energy like Octillery and Dodrio, but lickilicky outlives both of them, can actuallly BRING up the pokemon and the paralization factor is truly great.

4 Lickitung D
4 Lickilicky
2 Baltoy
2 Claydol
2 Mareep
1 Flaffly
2 Ampharos
1 Omanyte
2 Omastar

2 Mysterious Fossil
4 Celio's
3 Roseannes
2 Fossil Excavator
3 Rare Candy
2 Warp Point
2 Night Maintenance
3 Prof. Oak's Visit
1 TGW

3 Holon FF
6 Fire
5 Lightning
4 Scramble

Obviously starting with Lickytung d is great because you can set up real fast. By turn 2 you should be able to bringing up a Lickilicky and start hitting your opponents pokemon. I like to start of by hitting their starters like pachi and not their main attackers because you want to attack those once theiri fully evolved so that if you flip heads they wont be able to get out of the paralyzation lock without a warpoint. Also by hitting starters you can foil GG's bring down and you can stall for time to set up.

You have to be careful because you want to leave the pokemon with around 30 HP so that your opponent will hesitate playing down supporters thanks to amphy's jamming pokebody You have to pay attention to how much HP the lowest stage has. Usually its 50-60 HPand with Tounge Reel/Amphy and if they go crazy on supporters you might only have to toungue reel once on one pokemon. If they rare candy a stage 2, thats to your advantage. If they dont use candy then you might have to use Boundless power once. (Note you should never use that attack unless licky is about to be KOd or you have a warp point in hand)

The great part of the deck is that just 2 toungue reels on one of your opponents evolved pokemon will be enough to KO them later and with amphy the damage slowly adds up. Scramble is beast here because its usually activated.

If licky goes down you can send out Amphy, discard one lightning energy and hit for 70 + 20 to each bench that has energy.

Once your ready you can bench/candy omastar for the unexpected pull down. You can draw many prize cards there. For one colorless all your opponents evolved pokemon will go back to their hand. If your not able to KO them you can still discard any special energy attached to them. Omastar with scramble is also a great counter to Magmortar.

So there it is. Honestly GG is a tough matchup since they can just use Telepass to not play supporters but if you play smart you can foil their bringdown and if they go crazy on their rarecandy's you will have the advantage. If you flip heads on paralyzation you can stop the powers. Holon FF is there to stop the weakness for Gallade.

TGW would work also but with copy cat i feel that although it doesnt disrupt, you can get more cards since your opponent is probably not playing supporters or candy's.
Forcing your opponent to keep a big hand also foils them if they run claydol.

you should only have 1 fossil excavtor if you only use 2 mysterious fossils.
copycat is pretty bad.
4 baltoy and no claydol (I heard claydol's good...)???
do you REALLY need 4 scramble???

4 Baltoy??? He doesn't have 4 Baltoy.
And Scrambles are good in these kind of decks. You just need to know how to use it right.

Ah thanks for catching that i fixed it ;D TGW is certainly a possibility and as for the scramble their great because if you attach one to Amphy + a lightning energy you only have to discard the lightning to spread damage. Also the scrambles will usually be activated. If you dont like the scrambles you can always play holon WP/boost for lickilicky to hit with boundless power and then be able to retreat. It all comes down to how you want to play.
And as for the fossil excavator i play two because i can also search for Omanyte/Omastar and i can save them from my discard pile.

I edited the list to have TGW. I guess it is better since it is more disruptive and will reduce the chances of my opponent of getting out of the paralization locks with lickilicki.
I dont see how castaway can help in this deck since i dont run any tools.
