...ALL ubers have 600+ total stats except wobuffet... all other legends fall into the OUs for some reason or another....

should we ban hacked pokemon from the tournament Flygon?

I dont care about hacked pokemon because all levels automaticly go to 100. But, how do we know who hacks? What kind of pokemon get hacked?

ubers only included the pokemon on that list fro earlier (notice how all ubers are legends except for wobbuffet) not ALL legends are ubers...

people hack for attacks they can't learn, abilities they can't have, pokemon that haven't been releaed yet, etc...

Um.. how about hacked pokemon with 999 for every stat? Didn't you think of those? Or shiny Mews, Celebis, Darkrais? Non of those are a legit possibility.

The only things that I accept that include hacking is are stuff like using x999 rare candys on your pokemon.

I'll join I guess. If you decide to do the rules I list below, which are much more concise, clear and accepted by the general battling community, I will add this to the first place prizepool:

Rules:
-WiFi battles, Level 100 modifier only.
-SPECIES Clause
-EVASION + HAX ITEMS Clause
-OHKO moves Clause
-SELF-KO Clause
-Sleep Clause
-Players MAY change their team between rounds
-ABSOLUTELY NO team talk anywhere --> automatic DQ
-Wobbuffet AND Deoxys-E are NOT allowed for this tournament.
