its the truth. people are so convinced that plox consistently beats emp when they havent even tested with a DECENT empoleon list

They combo with eachother.
Empoleon is very over hyped, and just doesn't beat the top decks in the format. Yes, I have tested the G&G matchup and it's well in G&G's favor.

GG is good, but doesnt win every single game it faces. also, i agree that empo would fail on its own, but with certain cards it can definitely combat plox. finally, skittles is good, hurricane is bad, so you fail

I still fail to see the greatness about Empoleon MD.
Dual Splash is sort of nice for 30 damage to any two of your opponent's Pokemon, I know that. But Surf Together is still a bit iffy to me; at a max bench, it'll do 100, which is nice, but you risk damaging the Pokemon on your bench in the process, which isn't that great imo. Plus, Dusknoir definately limits your total damage and can ruin a Pokemon you're setting up on your bench as well.

Ape MD is soooo overrated.....
so is emp md..., but that's just my opinion (and a few others), it's the same with your statement...

No it's not. Not many people think it's good. The people who think It's good think it's broken but still not many people think it's good.
I'm one of those people who think it's broken and I made it and if it was in todays format it would be one of the top 2 decks. I made it with the only MD cards in it being ape MD and I beat 2 regionals winning mag decks and played against GG coming to the conclusion that the GG matchup is 50-50. I havn't tested the empoleon matchup yet but on paper it should also be 50-50 because it's true they just kill ape each turn but the same thing with ape and if ape can get ahead early it can win. Also if ape can get rid of glaceon and keep it gone ape can win the Eeveelution matchup.

You Dual Splash the 2 hitters the opponet is powering up. If you don't get koed next turn (130 hp.....), do another bomb to thier hitter(s) and start hitting support/other pokes. The other attack is rarely used unless your getting pounded by something like multiple garchomps.

Empoleon's Snipe-Spread ability is Awesome!!! I mean he and the DP one are so Great together!!! Ditto on the Split bomb like Eggs HP, but for just 2 energy, which is just Great!!! I cant really say Much more, because I have pretty much stated my arguement on Empo, But I just cant wait to get a few of them at Pre Release or trade!!!

If teched right G&G Can beat anything. And for the last time, I NEVER said Skittles is a bad deck. And Hurricane is a good deck, but Gardy kills it just like it kills everything else.

G&G teched in Blastoise d,Banette still beats it majority,G&G teched in Dusknoir,Magmortar still can come back and beat it in the same manner and same way.
Hurricane is a decent deck,Eeveelutions will be a ok deck if people dont play it the way that people say 2.
As long as I have been playing Empoleon (even going undefeated in swiss at GA states) I see no good reason to use him instead of the MD version. The only thing I would miss is sniping benched Shuppets as they hit the table for two.....that is nice. However, we have been testing the newer version and being able to spread 30 to two bench Pokes that are being set up is just too good. This is so much better than 40 to one. Once you get Pokes to within one hit range all games dramatically change. Given even starts for both decks Empoleon has no problem now with G&G. No WPs or techs really needed. Spread the 30s and then OHKO everything. Best to get two prizes behind and then do all the damage with scrambles. Sure a Crystal Beach can fall but that is all part of the game. At least now it is a good match from the beginning. All I ever ask for when I sit down across an opponent or start a tournament is a chance and MD will provide that in many ways. Battle roads should be very interesting.

if ure gonna use empoleon,which prinpulp will you use??? Prinpulp DP1 or the MD one that can do 50/10/10 and snipe for 30 for 2.
