With the new set coming out and some posts on the forums about card combo's, I got inspiration for a deck.
I don't know if it would work, but if it does work, I'd be happy to let someone give it a name.

---------
Pokemon
---------
3 Eevee MD (The Call for Family 1) Eeveelution setup.
2 Glaceon MD (The Rare 1) Decent attacks and HP.
2 Glaceon lv.X - Good attacker and Poke-Power stopper
2-1-2 Swampert GE - Good attacker and moves energy around.
3-3 Bronzong MD - Poke-Power Punisher
2 Solrock GE - Helps attaching energy from discard for a little energy acceleration.
1-0-1 Ampharos SW !OR! 1 Leafeon MD and Leafeon lv.X - Supporter Punisher or Energy acceleration.

Total: 22

---------
Trainers
---------
2 Warp Point
4 Master Ball
4 Dusk Ball
3 Celio's
3 Roseanne's
3 Bebe's
2 Felicity's
1 Dawn Stadium
2 Crystal Beach

Total: 24

--------
Energy
--------
7 Basic :water:
3 Basic :fighting:
2 Basic :lightning or :grass:
2 Multi

Strategy:
The thing with this deck is to annoy and spread damage. With all the wonderfull cards that are broken in terms of getting rid of Poke-Powers this should work if the likes of GG and such are played.
Bronzong is THE Poke-Power Tech when playing Glaceon lv.X since it just continious to rack up the damage without the Poke-Power being activated.
So, this deck spreads damage like there is no tommorow and this is little that I know of that can stop it.

No, it says your opponents pokemon. Both of them do.

The point is that Aerodactyl does nothing while Glaceon is active, since powers won't be activated.
I think 3-3's a little too big for Aerodactyl too, but that's just me. 2-2 ought to be fine, if you decide to run any (Since you're using Glaceon, it DOES just waste deck space, but...).

I'd also almost say that it DOES matter which Glaceon you play. One is a slower attacker then the other due to higher energy costs. One has the potential for surviving longer with Agility--an important ability considering its body. One has an attack that pierces through the frustrating resistance and other damage decreasers, which at the present time isn't too valuable, but depending on how the metagame shifts...
Considering the two cards have the same HP anyway, same weakness, and same retreat cost, it seems much better to use the Holo Glaceon then the Rare.

*SHOT for ranting* Where... Was I? Oh, yes. The lack of Phione is a tad bizarre. And Fossil Excavator is completely useless in here.

Basically, playing Phione would almost ensure T2/3 Glaceon, and solve Swampert's biggest problem--Getting out. Playing... Oh, 3 copies is about all you'd really ever want.
If you DO decide to opt out on Aerodactyl... That would free up 8 slots in your deck (3 from Old Amber, 3 from Aerodactyl, 2 from the Fossil Excavator which can't even search any of those cards out). You could take advantage of Claydol with the space freed up in such a case.
If you put in Phione and Claydol over the Aerodactyls, that'd leave you one free spot. I'd find another card to remove, and put 2 Rare Candies into the deck. Running 2-1-2 lines and 1-0-1 lines without Rare Candy is impractical... Even with Phione, being able to play and drop Claydol has its uses.

Just some of my thoughts.

Rare Glaceon > Holo Glaceon. For a measly extra colorless energy you're adding 10 to the bench instead of hoping to flip heads on Snow Cloak. His second attack does 60 (same) and flip for sleep, which is much better than getting around effects and resistance...what's currently played that has water resistance? It also has 10 more HP.

Call me weird but it seems to work in thought.
If I play Aerodactyl, my opponent pokemon will have the continous threat of getting damaged.
In fact, it screws over Pokemon like Gardevoir and Claydol. That is why I have them in that quantity in my deck, to increase my chances of getting it earlier then Eeeveelutions as a sort of protection.

So okay, it might take a bit long to set up, but there is according to me enough stalling with those high HP pokemon.

I have editted the list.

I removed Aerodactyl and put in Bronzong. This way, it is easy to play Glaceon without risking to make other cards worthless.

Crazy deck idea, I like it--- but where's the Rare Candy? :)
Specifics, specifics, as long as you get the idea down. ;)

I mean you could essentially get rid some lines, but nice ideas.
I'd probably cut down on the evolution lines and hit with some heavy hitting basics.
Maybe play this with Rayquaza ex d?
I'm not sure on the Bronzong though. :/ Maybe better with Banette?
