If I where to buy, let's say three booster boxes, what could I expect to get?

I've gotten 2, and got 1 Lv.X

Probably 2-3 X's.

You would get 108 packs of cards! Depends on what set though.....if english DP, most likely 1 X per box.

Well I got 2 boxes of MD and I completed the set
- a leafeon X and porygon Z lv.x

If you bought 3 JPN DP4 boxes, you'd end up with 9 lv.X, 60 foils, and a slew of trainers, special energy, and rares.

And 3 English boxes will net you, on average, 33 holos, 3 Lv.X and 72 rares, and exactly 324 uncommons, 540 commons, and 108 reverse holos.

Despite some people saying that not every box has a Lv.X (and I do believe them, of course), every single box of DP-on I've ever opened has had exactly 1 Lv.X in it. So I would say a very large majority of boxes has 1 Lv.X.

I was told its a foil every pack....

There is. But you only get 20 packs in a JPN box. So that's 3 x 20 = 60. Actually, it'd be 51, since I think the lv.Xs count as foils. But still, 51 GUARANTEED foils is better than 36 (on average) foils from an american box.

My jpn glaceon X has the rare star in the corner, but no number.. Is this right?

I never noticed that before, but all of my JPN lv.Xs are the same way. They don't have a number (x/y) on them.
