well, hello everyone here in the gym...

Chilean pokemon tcg national is up in two more weeks...and i'm looking forward to go there and have a nice run there...
through out thios year i've play tested many decks applicable in my country's metagame (gallade/ magmortar and no MD out yet) those decks have been:

1) rampardos
2) speed empoleon
3) bannette
4) inferncatty
5) hurricane

after some thought and practice i've come to the final decission: i'm so playing hurricane this time...

well this is my list

pokes (22)

4 corsola
4 totodile
2 croconaw
3 feraligatr
1 feraligatr d
2 skitty
2 delcatty
1 magnemite
1 magneton
1 digglet
1 dugtrio

trainers (20)

3 windstorm
3 celio's
2 bebe's
3 felicity's
2 speed stadium
3 rare candy
2 warp point
2 night maintenance

energy (18)

14 water
2 DRE
1 scramble
1 cyclone energy

strategy: to start with corsola. hopefully a fast set-up and start whooping everything that comes across...
cheers...
remember: there's no MD out in Chile just yet....
shoot straight...

take out the warp points and add in one more candy and one more felicitys.

also take out a bebe or celio and either a energy or windstorm for 2 roseannes resarch.

i think you should try fit in some more but cant just figure out how.

I got a friend that is from chile ! or at least his mother is but they go to chile reguarly(altough it is a long way from sweden)

I think that you can change those corsolas for Pachirisu, because they can help you to get rid of tools, and then you can play less Windstorms safely.

I playtested with this deck a few months ago and i have some issues.

Why Delcatty over Claydol? I think claydol is better during the early-mid game, and just as good after that. The only benefit of running Delcatty was Delcatty EX, and you are already running dugtrio.
On the downside, you've got so little time to playtest.

Plus power REALLY help to get that needed One Hit K.O. Remember that a lot of pokes have 130 HP.

Croconaw poke power is awesome! I'd run 3 of them.

Watch out for PLOX!

I always feel that speed stadium helps my opponents more than it helps me.

A friend of mine played this deck, and his list was:

4-3-3 Feraigatr
4 Pachirisu
3-2 delcatty / 1 delcatty EX (Get ALL your energies back to your deck and can OHKO a nasty poke)
1-1 magneton (However Dugtrio seems like a better idea)

2 roseanne
2 birch
4 TV Reporter
3 felicity D
4 bebe/celio

2 Night maintenance
3 candy
2 plus power (or was it 2 candy and 3 plus pow? don't remember)

11 water
4 DRE
1 Scramble

Hope this helps.
¡Mucha suerte en el torneo hermano latino!

claydol will limtit your hand and you have magneton here so the discard wont be a problem.. yes add one more croconaw it is to good to be left out. you need more draw power
