ah, thought i was forgetting something, thank you Carrington.

Charmander:Yeah i know, however i am trying with the discard thing to prevent the use of it the next turn, without specifically saying that you cant.

Pichu's attack is too strong for a baby imo.... 1 for 20 isnt something you see too often anyway, let alone on a baby.

If the L energy discard had to be basic energy for Perfect agility, then that would be the case

It is :lightning energy CARDS, so in this case you would have to discard basic :lightning energy

Fixed

Using things like Dragonite d and its free retreat could make it used every turn.

True, True

a tiny bit broken maybe no discarding and flip a coin? the perfect agility.

There is a reason it is Perfect Agility, you don't have to flip a coin.

Perhaps another energy discard on the Raichu then?

i think 2 energies are okay to discard but its just that i never saw a card that provides 100% prevent damage,wait....oh, wait a minute, theres elctrive lvl.x then nvm. its pretty good.

Ok, analyzing this group now =)

These days, 30 HP does not last long, and with Pichu, I think you can boost it up to 40 if not 50 HP.
Props for declaring that it is a basic.
The Poke- Power is just SLIGHTLY, VERY SLIGHTLY off worded. The Baby Evolution power useally reads like this
"Once during your turn (before you attack), you may put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu (this counts as Evolving Pichu) and remove all damage counters from Pichu.

As for the attack. Baby Pokemon often (not always) but often have an energyless attack or 1 energy attack and can do something like search for energy, or set up for their later evoltions. What you have is perfectly fine, just a bit ordinary if anything.

Weakness and ressistance and retreat are all good.

I say, ramp up the HP to 60, as per the Pikachu of the newer sets. I really like the video game referace in the Item. Add "too the defending Pokemon to that line" other wise, Pikachu is doing 30 damage to itself on the second attack.

First attack is perfect, no improvment needed.
Second attack is also good as well. As is Weak., Ressis. and retreat.

Raichu HP 80 :lightning

This card looks fine, I think the HP can go up to 90 or 100, and Guided Spark, is balanced, although personally I would prefer that it discarded energy instead, but that does not compliment the level X as much, and 60 to anyone from a stage 1 is nice.

Over all good.

"Confused" needs to be capitalized.

ahhh, this is truely the main attraction of the thread. Well let's see.

The body, is creative and serves a purpose. Again props on declaring to evolve/ level up and declaring the stage.

110 HP seems about right.

The attack needs to use only 3 energy, [L][L][C]. Remember that this is technically a stage 2 or sometimes a stage 3 pokemon, and takes effort to get out. The other thing is you should put a "You may discard 2 [L] energy cards............." so that the discard is optional. Then you need to add "If you do prevent......."

These are all well formatted, and balanced. I give you props.

Good job.
