This was the deck that Susan (aka Jeremy) played at AZ BR yesterday, knocking the #2 Senior in the state out of top cut.

Strategy: There are a couple ways this deck can win. What you'll usually want to do is try to go for the Glaceon Lv. X early to get a power lock + Avalanche early. If you get a Piplup start, try to go for an aggro Prinplup/Empoleon...oddly enough any one of these 4 attacks is fine turn 2. Aside from that you'll generally want to be pretty smart about your energy attachments for the rest of the game...Espeon is nice not only because it gives Glaceon more staying power, but can attack in a pinch and let you save energy. Claydol for draw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!1!!!!!!!!!111!!!...and emergency attacks.
There's quite a bit of synergy to be had between these two, just so you know. Lucky Avalanche flips let you Dual Splash for double KOs, Eevee gums up your bench to make Surf Together bigger.
