POP Rankings - How long does it take??

If it was your first tournament then probably somewhere close to 1700. The nonlinearity means you get less as your score rises relative to your opponents.

regarding Saturday, you will have to beat me :D We will have very different decks for Saturday. Oh how I wish I was more of a player than organiser, then I might give you young guns a run for your money.
 
Thanks all! So it should be uploaded ready for tommorow? And yes, most off my opponents scores were evenly matched.
 
Why Are You So Impatient. TO's have 14 days to upload and any tournament which is uploaded in 1 week is good.

Since those tournament should have been 2-3 monthis ago and uploading TOM's file takes about 1 minute, TO could overcome his laziness and upload it the same evening of the tournament....
 
"what use would it be if he uploaded the tournament in 14 days time" when the close off for ranking invites is the 7th of June and today is the 6th June already??? The tournament was on the 31st of May, there are so many people on the boards wanting to know on the 7th whether or not they have got there invite for Worlds........It makes such a difference in how they approach nationals, as you saw in the German Nationals didnt someone 3-0 drop?? if i get a 1730-1740 i would definately try 3-0 drop!
 
Gatsu, I understand your frustration about the tournaments not being played in the right time slot, but as you maybe know, UK OP has been really messed up this year, and this is not the fault of the players or the TOs. PUI allowed them to play States in May, because they felt the UK deserves them too. And then the TO does have 14 days to upload it. And there are problems, because of wrong POP IDs and stuff, and it just takes a little time. I'm sure it's as frustrating to the UK players are to you (and all us other possible worlds invite winners). I'm just saying it's not laziness, or deliberately witholding results or anything.

Nitish, for what it's worth, I believe POP *will* wait until both the UK tournaments are uploaded. I can't imagine them saying on Sunday "Alright, last tournament was played, let's send out the invites. Their fault for not uploading tournaments within 24 hours" :p
 
I remember our Nationals last year needed to be uploaded in 24 hours otherwise it would NOT have counted.

It's true, however, Hape knew that, and knew we were on a tight deadline. Had there been issues with the TOM file, or something, we certainly would've worked them out before issuing invites.

OH sure, saying Uploaded or files send to POP in 24 hours should have covered this better.
I only wonder if there was such a deadline for the UK Nationals this year?
I mean someday you will have to award those invites and a lot of people are holding their breath for it.

Unfortunately, I was exhausted this weekend, and forgot to mention it. But yes, Chris (UK TO) will be pressured to get that uploaded immediately. That said, he has a bit more time, because I can't dedicate as much time to getting it pulled as i'm not in the office.

As of now, ALL EUROPEAN touraments were uploaded :)

Speaking of the speed of tournament uploads...

There is one Nationals yet to be uploaded and that is NZ Nationals...

Guess what how long it been since it ran? 3 weeks...
 
Yeh, I've noticed that the two events have been added to the previous events that I have been to at the bottom! But, still my Ranking hasn't changed!!! oh, and by the way, I came second at UK Nationals!!! HERE I COME WORLDS!!
