Best Way to Display a Set Collection?

I've been working on a collection of all cards in English from DP on. Now that the DP one is almost done (includes RHs, and spamped Luxios), I've been wondering how to display it (or at least, what order it will go in). Any ideas?

hm, well i would have a folder of the 9 card pocket protectors

and go in numerical order, with reverses, then normal, then stamps in the back.

I just revamped my HORRBILE organization by pokedex number into sets and this is how I have it set up

Binder 1
Holon Phantoms - Set order
Crystal Guardians - Set Order
Dragon Fronteirs - Set Order
Power Keeepers - Set Order
Reprints - Cards that have been reprinted and are useful ( Stevens, Rare candy, DRE, etc.)

Binder 2
Lv. Xs - no particular order
Exs - Set order
Old Exs - Set Order
Stamped Cards
Diomond and Pearl - Set order
Mysterious Treasures - Set order
Secret Wonders - Set order
Great Encounters - Set order
Majestic Dawn- Set order
Japanese Sets
Japanese Cards
Japanese Promos
Prerelease cards
Promos
Absol page (lol yes I have one)

I hold complete sets in the smaller 4-pocket pages but this works with nine-pocket as well. It is organized as a book as follows.

"Cover" (first page with no opposing page) has the four different booster packs displayed.

Once you open that page, the left side has foils 1,2,3,4 and the right side has the regular 1,2,3,4. This repeats to the end. So each page flip shows four more cards, both foil and regular.

The cards without alternates are always numericially at the end, and just go there. Seems to work well.

All other cards, Stamped, DPxx promos, etc are stored in another smaller binder on their own. With the exception of the foil versions of piplup, chimchar and turtwig with regular card numbers on them, for some reason they are in the DP binder.

And the reason for the 4-pocket pages is simple, the binders come with zippers and keep the cards from falling out, and they fit in my son's backpack easier.

Those are some pretty good ideas.
Scorpidad, do you get the regular set-themed 4 card binders? I thought of doing something similar to what you sugested (with a matching binder), but they aren't big enough.

I've just got a different 4 pocket, 10 page binder for each set. The front has all the Holos in order, followed by the Rares in order, then by the Rare Reverse Holos, then the regular RHs, then the Super Rares. I haven't had the chance to do this with my sets older than UF, but it works pretty well for an "average" sized collection.

No, I use the Ultro-Pro Mini Zippered Album. They hold ultro-pro pages the same size as the 4-pocket 10-page ones with pokemon on them. They hold plenty of pages for a complete set.

I think that your best choice is to buy a box of 100 9-Pocket Pages from Ultra Pro, and the binders that are the Collector's Album. They come in blue and black and have a label on the side that you can write what it is. I like these because they look nice and can hold about 3 sets each if you really want to. However, I would personally limited each to one set.

I used to seperate them all by Type the Lines.
Now I use Number order
Stamp in front
Reverse (Unless it is the rare holo regular)
Normal
