Do I need some sort of ID with me to pick up the travel allowance?

The travel allowance will be given on Friday, June 28th, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. and for one hour after Swiss rounds on Saturday, June 29th, at the Pokémon TCG Tournament Headquarters in the TCG Hall. Photo ID of the player or the player’s parent/guardian will be required to collect your travel allowance.

if you're a minor, your parent/travel guardian has to sign for it...

i looked at the link, but would he need to get an All-Access pass or a Fair pass, the website isnt very clear on which he'd need to get

according to the US regionals info he'd need a $3 spectator pass.
