Windstorm would be nice, and probably will be reprinted one day, TV Reporter will probably be reprinted, but we now have Felicity's, and I have NO IDEA why you people are flipping out about Celio's.

We now have the forty-times more common Bebe's Search, in which you have to put a card at the top of your deck, but boo-hoo, that is SUCH a terrible penalty. With Claydol, you will ALWAYS have that extra card in your hand, and you will always have a bad card at that. Celio's Network was great when it came out, but now I think Bebe's is better, considering that 1 card means one more card to draw with Claydol.
 
I don't think celio's would be reprinted. The only drawback is you can't search for ex's, and without ex's, there's no drawback at all, making it the choice over bebe's. (Unless as ^ said, you need less cards in your hand for claydol.)

Don't bash my list but, it may happen. If there is a 3-Card Pack we will probably get an increase of cards in a POP set. These are cards to me that will be missed in the format and it is more of a starter set to get new players good fast. It is a good idea. Comments?

Cards with "Ex Pokemon" references will not be reprinted, which likely means not even Cessation Crystal will be reprinted. So I think that what on your list that won't be coming is Cess, Scramble, and DRE, and I have a good feeling we wouldn't get the Holon Energies either, or they would have come in POP6 or 7. I personally think DRE and Scramble would ruin next-season's format, as they are coming out with loads of energy accumulating cards, and you will need to be TRULY GOOD to keep up and win Tourneys.
 
And the people that want DRE / Scramble to be reprinted are probably the same people that will drown in tears when Plox destroys another season :rolleyes:
DRE / Scramble are overpowered without ex around, and should be gone forever, same with CC
 
If they bring DRE and Scramble back, it will be with Anti-lvX clauses...

Not every player plays Claydol. Claydol is not the end all be all tech and sometime is just clutter in your deck. Just because we have claydol that is NO REASON to not like Celio's better than Bebe's.
 
The POP 8 set is still 17 cards. There are (sadly) no EX Series reprints in it, though I lobbied for a few. There will be new cards in the set, though over half of the cards will be reprints. You'll definitely like it better than 6/7 though.

Thanks a lot Mike. We really do appreciate the info. I just have one small question, hopefully you can answer since you went this far: WHO will like it better - players, or collectors?

Either way, the 1 card isn't really bad at all. I can't think of an instance in which having a huge hand is a good idea.
 
I just like the capability of having 5+ Pokemon searching supporters. 3 Bebe's and 2 Celio's.....I'll miss her. Hopefully she'll get reprinted.

Are the new cards any good? Or are they just going to be stored away in a box forever (eg. a basic that isn't playable)
