Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Canadian Nats! 2 New pictures last page.

Lol, this is funny. I hope we have some good competition.
Anyway, if I don't happen to play against anyone that I
haven't played before it would be nice to play ya after the
tournament for a fun game. Good Luck to all.

BTW, if anyone plays the Old Dragon Ball Z/GT Game, please
PM me if your coming to Nats and then maybe we'll be able
to Set Up a Game. Also if you have any of that to trade please
PM me.

I so can't wait for Nats! This is going to be great!
Now all I have to do is decide what deck I'm running...:lol:

This is important!! (until a champ is crowned in each age group. It really depends on how many players to be perfectly honest. If you plan on taking the ferry back to the island I would say you are better off to get a room for the night.)

What's the cutoff? (This is Canada not the USA, we won't have anywhere near the numbers they did so I doubt there will be any need for a cut off. I would imagine it would be the same number cutoff as US nats though "if" it came to that.)

Ok. A fried of mine is trying to come, and times afect if he can.
And if it was a 2 day event, I wouldn't be able to go...

And I'm glad we aren't likely to hit the cap. Lining up at 6 am is not a pleasant thought...

No, Canada doesn't HAVE enough players to reach the cap....enless of coarse the PTO of BC went around door to door this week teaching kids how to play! hmmm that may be fun.....I might wanna try that next year.....

Be a super long day if you plan on coming to Vancouver Saturday morning and leave when it ends....

You DO know that there is a forum for that, RIGHT? This is not a buying thread.

Ummm, neither is it a trading thread. Honestly I don't mean to sound rude, but .... should I give you any more hints? If you want to buy/sell or trade merchandise or cards, do so in the proper forum - following the proper rules, or there may be infractions given. Last warning.

Out of curiousity, how many people are planing on running the geniric G&G? I sure hope we don't have a repeat of G&G's sheer numbers that happened in the US Nats.

For the only CDN nats I went to, it is a one day event and you don't need proof of citizenship. I guess I am not the best person to ask because I am not the Head Judge but, as a player, you can pretty much go with what I said:p

No, I don't think the attendance will warrant 2 days of pokemon. It's only scheduled for one. Unless they get a much bigger turnout than the last few years, I doubt that they would even get to 8 rounds of swiss. Most likely they will have anywhere from 5-7 rounds of swiss, then top cut, which can be done within one day. As for citizenship - I doubt that the organizer will be checking every entrant who comes in. However I suppose he is within his rights if he did. The biggest thing that would tend to stop interlopers is that if POP were to find out that someone who resides in another country tried to jump into an event that they shouldn't have, they'd be banned from playing pokemon. Let's hope that people are a little smarter than that.
