Have a look:

Houndoom LV.45 – :fire: – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Houndour

Poke-Body: Vengeful Fang
If you have fewer Pokemon on your Bench than your opponent, any damage done by this Pokemon's attacks to any Active Pokemon is increased by 40.

:colorless Cauterize: 20
If the Defending Pokemon already has damage counters on it, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned.

:fire::fire: Crimson Flames: 60
Flip a coin, if tails discard 2 Fire Energy attached to Houndoom.

Weakness: :water: (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: :colorless

Wow. Would you say this is T2 material? Just straight up 4-4 Houndoom and (MAYBE) 2 Rotom. I was thinking Moltress would be nice, but he fills up the bench, bad start, and you don't always get to grab the energy.
100 damadge T2 is nice, even if you get tails. Kingdra beats the heck out of it (but you do have a shot with a good hand going T1), but this annihilates Magnezone Lv.X, Mewtwo Lv.X, the Fairy Lv.X's, and alot of other numerus things, sometimes from the help of Bucks Training and +Power. Thoughts?

This would be good support liek the UF houndoom support was,if it said all your pokes do more damage then this would be so much better. Its still good cuz Dusknoir is still gonna be a heavy tech.

This would be good if *SCREAMING KINGDRA* wasn't around.

Haha well hopefully someones Magnezone deck will kill all Kingdra in the match-ups, then I will kill there Magnezone:biggrin:
But this is what I was thinking:

Pokemon:10

4x Houndour (LA)
4x Houndoom (LA)

2x Rotom (MD)

Energy:18

18x Fire Energy

Trainers:32

4x TM-Evolutionator (LA)
4x Quick Ball (MD)
4x Energy Patch (LA)
4x Bebe's Search (SW)
4x Cynthia's Draw (LA)
4x Bucks Training (LA)
4x Plus Power (DP)
3x Warp Point (DP)
1x TSD (MT)

The L magnezone won't be out for a while, you're still going to die against kingdra.

You HAVE to accept that.

Truth hurts.

I know it's gonna, but this has a weakness problem.

If he dosen't add *SCREAMING BUBBLE COAT*, then kingdra and Lanturn/Cruel will

destroy it.

And, yes, I've accepted that kingdra will lose.

Even when I said its gonna tear apart all these decks, I never said it was indestructible, no?

This Houndoom is best as backup for the other one... SW or GE or whatever set it was in is much better t2, and is also more reliable throughout the game. This is good for a surprise 100, but shouldn't be the main attacker.

You know what I'm thinking in terms of sustainable use over the course of a game? Typhlosion and Stark Mountain. Get Fire back when you need to and move up to Houndoom with Stark Mountain, and then attach one from hand. It may be a stretch on bench space of course, but it could work.

Using a stage 2 defeats the entire purpose of it being a t2 deck.
T2 decks are supposed to use as few pokemon as possible, and an entire stage 2 line is completely out of the question.
You're basically thinking of a fire type Mario.

I think this card will go Great with Ninetails MT! They BOTH are fast, and Color Shift Ninetails is AWESOME!

I don't see this card getting off the ground unless Kingdra is dealt with in some form or fashion. Granted, it's an interesting card, but I hate how the second attack is too flippy. The body is cool, but it's attacks could've been a lot better IMO.

the fairies (fetuses) deck also t2 knock out houndomm with 200 damage.

t2 fire houndoom is a good deck, the only weak point is the less bench number of your pkmn. Speed waters pkmn destroys this deck.
