Basicly the new-age Infernacatty. Basic Firestarter Strategy, with Claydol to acelerate.
Trainerwise, this should be better than the classic. Things like PokeDrawer +/-, Buble coat (just in time, with Empoleon making a comeback) help speed up the deck.

Translations:
Cynthia's Plan – Supporter
Return your hand to your deck and shuffle your deck. Then, draw 4 cards from your deck.
If any of your Pokemon were Knocked Out on your opponent's previous turn, draw an additional 4 cards.

Poke-radar – Trainer
Look at the top 5 cards of your deck, choose any number of Pokemon you find there, show them to your opponent, and put them in your hand. Return the remaining cards to your deck and shuffle your deck.

Bubble Coat – Pokemon Tool
The Pokemon this card is attached to has no Weakness.
At the end of the turn when the Pokemon this card is attached to is damaged by an opponent's attack, discard this card. Attach Pokemon Tool to your Pokemon. It can't be attached to a Pokemon that already has a Pokemon Tool attached.

Stark Mountain – Stadium
Once during each player's turn, that player may choose 1 Fire Energy or 1 Fighting Energy attached to his or her Pokemon, and move it to one of his or her Fire-type Pokemon or Fighting-type Pokemon.

-1 Wager or Cynthia's for 1 more Felicity.

You might need that Energy in the discard pile.

Also, What does Poke-Radar do? A translation might be in order, as the card isn't printed in english yet.

You'll need a strategy too, or else the mods will lock this thread.

Radar: Look at the top 5 cards, pick as many Pokemon as you want. Shuffle the others into deck.

For infernapes lvl x's attack to work dont you have to have at least 8 fire energies in the discard pile? Thats why i dont like 'em. And what does stark mountain do? im a little out of date. ok so now what it does sorry i didn't look hard enough but it was screaming at me look here.

You're right about Ape Lv.X, but it happens late game, and its power and HP boost is usefull anyways.

Stark Mountain alows you to move a :fighting: or :fire: from one Pokemon to another. This allows you to do 80+ a turn with only 1 Infernape in play.
