hey it's thursday and I've only got my two friends goign so far. I've seen there's a ton of you out there.
anyone who comes is helping teh unlimited format become a mainstream pokemon format. I'd like my club to get known and hopefully start something good for the format.


I forgot to mention, IT'S FREE TO ENTER


this guy is letting us come in for free. he's not asking us to buy anything. I only put the kids stuff in there just to keep things open for people. I want people to come. I'm 15, I'm still pretty much a kid it just didn't seem fair.

I've looked around here I know there's people in the area. I though I could find some old school players, or is old school dead?

Ever since the wizard's stores closed down I haven't really been able to play the card game. now with this whole modified format I'm completely screwed. I have no interest in buying more freaking pokemon cards. I love playing though and really would like to start an unlimited leauge/club.

I really don't care if kids come (as I am a kid) but no younger than 10 please. and if for some reason younger kids want to come, parents please accompany them. I think the rest of us don't feel like baby sitting for the few hours or so we're there. If you have a younger brother or sister feel free to bring them. just make sure they behave. I won't hesitate to make sure they get booted. remember, you are responsible for your own kids!

I really hate people who bring their infants to everything they do so please no babies. in fact the youngest is 7 years old. no exceptions.

I'm willing to teach teh kids how to play too. just make sure they pay attention.

basicaly the only rules I have are play fair, play nice. there is no need to throw hissy fits or cheat. it's a card game ment for kids for crying out loud. doesn't mean you can act like one.

I'd liek this to be sort of casual. don't go ultra-hardcore. please come to have fun. I'm not banning arch-types or anything. just know when enoughs enough.


-10 and up please. any younger requires parental supervision. no babies. youngest is 7

-would prefer teens and adults (I am a teen, I would prefer that)

- 2:00-4:00pm Games Plus, Mount Prospect IL

Did you want to say what day it is? Also, you might want to say something positive rather than just keep saying no this and no that. I would come, but it sounds like you have a lot of rules and dislikes.

rules? My only rules are for kids, I frankly don't care what cards you use. I just don't want toddlers and infants running around you know? I'm normally a very jolly fun loving person, I just wanted to lay down the rules. Sorry if I came off rude.

were you the long haired dudes who went into the room that looked like a confrence room?? I was the guy with the comb pacing around constantly brushing his hair. I showed up anticipating somebody would. I thought you two were playing magic. I have never played that game

I was there until about 1:40 when I thought nobody showed up. In fact I showed up early.

I left when I saw the board saying that the laeuge was postponed. they canceled my bloody leauge without telling me! I had thought you didn't show because of it.

I'm glad I know you did. I was extremely bummed. You have no reason to beleve me but that's the truth. I knew I should have worn my Ushanka and V mask! *shakes fist*



tell you what, now that I know the lay of the land I can go with a specific table. let's try again next week same time in that confrence room. this time I'll make sure P shows up. there will be 4 of us, plenty of people.
