Espeon on a Yugioh card?

What the...? That's way too close to Espeon's design. Why in the WORLD would that game put something from this game on that card? =/
 
Lol, can you say lawsuit? Thats really a stupid thing to do. You said you saw it in an episode of YGO? If the card is new, then thats even more of a stupid thing to do.:nonono:
 
I don't know why I know this, but it is a crystal beast, called Ruby Carbuncle. I beleive it is from one of of the Anime's storylines.

It does look a bit like Espeon, but I am not sure you could say they are "exactly" the same.

ruby does look a bit like espeon but not that much it's more useful in a cyrstal beast deck than an espeon would be :wink:
 
Don't worry guys, it isn't Espeon. There's a HUGE difference.
It has two extra ears!

Next they'll add two more arms to Machamp and call it a Magic the Gathering card.
 
This card isn't like Espeon at all. While it does have stuff do with other elements, they aren't elemental dogs. Infact, this is a cat. Nice try guys. While I don't like yugioh, they are much more careful than you guys think they are.
 
Since when are the Eeveelutions dog like?

And those ears.... Espeon has things at the side of it's head that can look like ears.
 
Wow, they should be more careful. I googled "ruby carbuncle," and that doesn't look like Espeon. I think part of the problem is that on this card you can't really see the gem on the end of its tail so it just looks like the tail is split.

I always thought of the eeveelutions as foxes. When I think of elemental dogs, I think of Entei, Raikou, and Suicune.

Yeah, the similarities are shocking. Not sure how it would do in court though.
 
.....Okay, I'm lost.

I was told several times that Entei,Suicune and Raikou where nothing more then oversized gerbils when I said they where dogs.... Was I right all along?

Everyone I know always refers to them as the Legendary Dogs, just like the Kanto trio were the Legendary Birds. In The Official Pokemon Handbook #3 I found a good piece of text that hints that they're dogs:

So yeah, pretty good evidence.

But I can't find any evidence pointing to the Eeveelutions being foxes or any other type of specific animal.


I find it funny how that pokeman on the Yu-Gi-Oh! card even has a little mark on the forehead like the official Espeon!

Woah, and I looked at a real picture of Espeon and also noticed that the real thing kind of has four ears like that! And like another poster mentioned, the split tail!

This thing is even more similar that I first thought!!!
