Let's take a look at this card.

With 140 HP and :colorlessx2 weakness, it has pretty good stats. I can't imagine anything other than another Garchomp taking it down in one hit. And free retreat too...

Like most Lv.Xs, it's powers and attacks have limited use, so let's first see why anyone would run Garchomp.
Garchop is notable for its Rainbow Scale Poke-Power (Garchomp's attacks do 40 more damage if it has an energy card that the Defending Pokemon is weak to, no effect if Garchomp has special energy, for those who don't know).

So, like most of our Lv.Xs, Garchomp Lv.X is just a bonus for Garchomp, most likely only uses in a 3-1 ratio. But back to why it's a good card.

Dragon Pulse is an amazing speed spread capability. Putting from 0-3 damage counters on your opponent's bench is good in it's own right.

And Restore is going to be a nightmare with, drumroll please.... Garchomp!
That's right! You can bring a discarded Garchompo back, fully charged for a cost of [.] (nothing)! This can go weel with anything, but especialy with high-discard cards like Infernape (MD). And it works with exs too...

Here's to the rise of Garchomp.

I and a couple of others love to play this card along w/Felicity's Drawing. You discard 2 top hitting pokemon, restore them, and then bring the hurt.
Restoring another fallen Garchomp is a plus, also.

9/10

The beast.

You could consider the Garchomp line with almost any other line-up.
Restore is an awesome mid game attack.

If weren't for the x2 weakness I'd give 'em a 95%.
87% / 100!

Very Strategic Card. I think it was a very good idea for the makers to make this card be able to bring back pokemon from the discard pile

This card has practically limitless possibilities, and it only gets better when our DP6 (Legends Awaken) and DP7 (IFDS) come out here.
9.5/10
Why a 9.5? Becuase this card will call for mirror matches with our current metagame during fall BR IMO.

Not too mention that if the other player uses LB, you're dead.

This card is a really unique card. It the only card that can bring back any pokemon (except lv x's) from the discard to be placed on the bench (with no draw backs) and you get to attach up to 3 basic energy's to that pokemon, for no energy cost. Since it is a stage 2 lv. x it's not all that easy to get out. It has 140 HP so it can take a hit though having x2 weakness to itself means that it will go down easily agents Blissy or another Garchomp. It's Poke-Power Dragon Pulse can help spread damage so you can OHKO those with higher hp than 110 (if you match the energy to the weakness of the card your facing).
It has free retreat which means you can use Warp Point without too much of a draw back for you.
This card gets a 9/10

If this card deserves a 8.7-10, why is it not seen basically anywhere? It's a good card, but difficult to work properly. Garchomp at Nats? Hardly, unless you count Canadian Seniors/Juniors. It isn't as good as it seems to be at first glance.
7.5/10

This card has AWESOME potential, I have done some experimenting with it. It should see some play Next Format, I have a few ideas for it.

NOW, 6/10!!!
Next Format, 8/10!!!

If used properly, this card is such a beast. You basically can run a 1-0-1-1 line of Garchomp in anything and have an unlimited supply of mid-game setups. Off the top of my head I can think of playing it with Infernape MD. Restore an Ape and attach 3 energy, next turn attach another energy, retreat garchomp and attack or 160 damage. definitely sounds good to me. That's just one of many possibilities with this card, which is what makes it so good. You can basically come out of nowhere to win a game with this.

I personally love this card.

Most commonly used in 3-1 ratios, but it can also work in a 2-2 format when providing support for a primary attacker.

The Pokemon Power is insane, allowing 0-30 to the opponent's Benched Pokemon, comboing nicely with Kabutops, Ampharos, Empoleon, and Bronzong.

Restore is also insane. For a measly [.], you are allowed to necromance one pokemon from the discard to your bench, along with 3 basic energy. This gives you a secondary attacker in an instant. Well worth the attack needed.

Free retreat is a huge plus, allowing an escape to put your revived pokemon into attack position immediately.

I'd give it a 8.5/10

IMO, this is the best Level X made since Gardevoir LV.X.

3 damage Counters (possibly) to the bench, and bring back one of your dead or felicity's pokemon? Amazing.
This card makes Flygon ex d playable for its last season.
In this current season: 8/10.
Next season: 9.6/10.

This is funny. In the past, people didn't think this card was gonna do well.
LOOK at him now.

This is the best Lv.X since Gardevoir and it deals just as much damage as regular Chomp.

if i had this card and the garchomps, i would use it in a heart beat.
9/10 this season, and it only gets better next one.

8/10 With Fly ex d rotating and TV rotating. and mentor and adventurer. you may have to think of other cards.

Please keep this guy strong, Blissey loves one shotting it! :3

In all due honesty, the guy is quite impressive and annerving to people, what more to be annoyed with than watching all of your efforts of KO'ing that powerhouse Stage 2 which had a full energy supply on it only to watch it be restored before your very own eyes.

This guy was not strong in the HP on format because of the same reason everything else wasn't. GG. Now look at him as he allows the slow setup decks rekindle their flames. He can revive his own lost allies, revive powerful allies like Blissey, Ampharos, Kabutops.

Free Retreat plus a meaty 140 HP to take the hit following, he really only fears other Garchomps and Blissey. This guy will make some fireworks next season, rest assured. 9/10.

Very nice and Versatile card.

You can base the deck around it's previous Lvl's Dragon Fang and Rainbow Scale, OR! You can play a plethora of Stage 2's and Compatible energy without the basic's or Stage 1's of that pokemon and use it's Restore attack for 0 energy!

Dragon Pulse is quite a nice Power, use late game and hopefully get the flips you need, you could score a couple of KO's with it.

x2 weakness to :colorless: isn't bad, Mirror Match is interesting and the only other Colorless pokemon played is Blissey, so not too bad.

0 Retreat Cost, VERY Nice.

Overall, this card will be a BEAST next season, Restore Techs to do great and Garchomp to clean up the Mewtwo mess

9.5/10
