Best. Card. Ever. It can pretty much do infinite damage if you have enough energy in your
hand. I also find it completely INSANE with the poke-power combined with the attack.
They'd only do that on a Lv. X.

100/10

Awful retreat cost stops this from being a great energy booster. Fire pokemon is better off with typhlosion, grass is better with sceptile. Blastoise even beats this card, setup wise. Level x pokemon are hard to get out, and the 2 retreat makes it really hard to fit in

Leafeon's power is very nice, however. It needs 4 warp point, but once it gets going, it can be a real help. However, it takes too long to set up, so it is limited to powering stage 1's and basics.

7/10

Awesome Rogue play, VERY playable Next format. It has MASS potential, and Great in a deck revolving around himself. I LOVE this card, I OWN 2!!!

Now, 8/10
NEXT format, 10/10!!!

Leafeon lv.X is a very decent card, but I feel it runs into conflicts trying to be a quick attacker and an energy accelerator at the same time. Energy Accelerators like Togekiss can get in play easier than Leafeon, even though it's a stage higher. Leafeon Lv.X's only attack is only decent in Sceptile decks in my testing.

This card will be popular for a while.

After Worlds this will be one of the defineing cards of the DP-on format. Most decks will have to run some kind of Pokemon that increases there energy production and this is one of the best of them. One of my favorite things about it (one of many) is how well it works with Claydol, getting energy out of your hand so you can cosmic power for more cards then you would normally be able to.

It has a few minor flaws like the :colorless:colorless retreat cost and the HP is slightly on the low side but it's power more than makes up for it.

If your looking for a good deck to abuse this card with try this http://pokegym.net/forums/showthread.php?t=78354 that I posted a few days ago.

9.5/10

Great card, will be better next season, with Kingdra running everywhere. Two weaknesses:

- Low HP
- High Retreat

Two solution to those problems:

-Umbreon
-Espeon

Great card, helped only by being an Eeveelution and so Evolving from the same Pokemon as Umby, Espy, and all the other Eeveelutions that can work with it.

10/10

This is one awesome card. It works wonders with an eeveelution deck. The reason is because espeon gives +20 HP meaning 130 HP and Umbreon makes free retreat cost and no weakness. Just an awesome card.

11/10

Infernape beats it.

8/10

Not nessisarally. @_@ The +30 weakness helps, but more often than not, Leafeon will attack first, and like I said, with sceptile, it's pretty much untouchable, unless you leave it hanging out there for Infernape to just tag, and who does that??

Just want to make a post in this thread.

I love this ah-maz-ing card :D

Cause, its one of my faves for the format.

*Is so sick and tired of Garde for some reason*

Leafeon Lv. X is indeed an amazing card with it's Power, Attack, and only a stage 1 level up. However, IMO it needs Sceptile & Espeon/Umbreon (GE) to be great/amazing deck wise. Without sceptile, it needs a minimum 3 turns to get to leafy x, and without sceptile the highest w/ verdant is 70 dmg at that point. Without Espeon/Umbreon Infernape, Blaziken, and possible Magmortar destroys this deck. On the plus side in can be used in multiple decks as it on requires 1 G energy to attack, and can utilize it's power.

Overall: 8.5-9/10

Meh, I played it with sceptile and tangrowth, but it's too hard for it to get set-up and get it running smoothly. You need an espeon and an umberon to make it work, which doesn't leave you with enough bench space to set up like you need to. It'll be better next format, because Leafeon, Typho, Blastoise, and Togekiss are all we have for energy acceleration...i'll miss DRE...

now: 7/10
later: 9/10

Alright here, let's see.

Leafeon Lv.X is a Stage 1 Lv.X, so it is achievable by T3.

110 HP is a little low, but if you can get an Espeon out, 130 HP is alot better.

It's Poke-Power Energy Forcing is amazing, not to mention it combos with it's attack really well, not to mention it is ANY energy card, not just basic.

Verdant Dance. GC for 30+10 for each energy attached to your pokemon, is great once you have used alot of energy acceleration or for late game.

Weakness to Fire hurts it alot, as Fire will be popular soon i am thinking. Also a Retreat Cost of 2 instead of 1 really hurts it, however both of these are negated by Umbreon

8.5/10

This card is jut a awesome card. It's poke-power allows you to attach any energy card to any of your pokemon. It's energy excel will be important to those decks that rely on a big energy cost. It's own attack goes very well with it's power. It's very cheep for it's cost for only LC. It has 110 HP which is kind of low but there is Espeon to help with that. It's weakness to fire kind of hurts it but should not be a big problem since water will be popular for a bit. On top of that it has resistance to water to help give it an edge agents water decks. Though it's retreat cost of 2 is a little heavy but it also has Umbreon to help with both the weakness and retreat cost. Another problem is that it is a lv x. which slows it down since it can not be rare candy to and it has to be played on the active.
I give this card a 8.5/10 because it has a awesome power and a good attack. It's hp and retreat can be a problem even though there are other cards out there to fix that. There are also quiet a few decks that could take advantage of this card.

None of these cards like Infernape, etc. are being played right now due to Empoleon, so it's weakness isn't really an issue. There are better cards, though. 8/10
