Drifloon - Lv. 19 - HP 60:psychic:

[P] Ascension
Search your deck for a pokemon that evolves from Drifloon. And put it on Drifloon.(This counts as evolution.) Shuffle your deck afterwards.

[PP] Omnious Wind 10+
This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more for each energies attached to Drifloon. You cant add more than 50 damage this way.

[Weakness: Psychic +10] [Resistance] [Retreat Cost: 1]
--

Drifblim- Lv. 34 - HP 100:psychic:

[Poke-BODY] Aftermath
If Drifblim is your Active Pokemon and is damaged by an opponents pokemon(even if Drifblim is Knocked Out) Put 2 damage counters on the Attacking Pokemon.

[PPC] Shadow Ball 10+
Discard as many energies in play, for each of your energies this attack does an addtional 20 damage, for each of your opponents energies you discarded this does an addtional 10 damage.

[Weakness: Psychic+10] [Resistance] [Reatreat Cost: 2]
--

Drifblim - Lv. X - HP 130:psychic:

[Poke-POWER]: Ectoplasm
This Power can be used once, if this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon and its HP is reduced to 0 by damage from an opponent’s attack. Although this Pokemon is Knocked Out, don’t discard this 1 card, and instead play it in the battle area as a Stadium card (discard any Stadium cards already in play).
If this card is put into play as a Stadium card, it has the following effect: “In between turns, place 1 damage counter on each of your opponent’s Pokemon,” and when this card would be discarded, return it to your hand instead.

[PC] Shadow Dance
Put damage counters on your opponents pokemon until they are 10 HP from being knocked out. If you do, put 2 damage counters on all of your pokemon.

[PPP] Harder Feelings
Put 5 damage counters on the Defending pokemon, also put 3 damage counters for each prize card your opponents has drawed.

[Weakness: Psychic x2] [Resistance] [Reatreat Cost: 2]
--

Mew - Lv. 33 - HP90:psychic:

[PC] Anger Revenge
Count the number of damage counters on all of your pokemon, put that many damage counters on your opponents pokemon in any way you want.(You cant put more than 3 damage counters on a pokemon.)

[PP] Mimic
Choose an attack on 1 of any Pokemon in play, and Mimic copies all effects of that attack, including damage. (The attack fails is Mew doesn’t have the Energy to perform an effect of the attack.)
[Weakness: Psychic +20] [Resistance] [Retreat Cost: 2]

Comeback should say "that evolves from Drifloon" since Drifblim doesn't have an evolution, and that attack would not let it put Drifblim Lv.X on it because Drifblim Lv.X would be a Level-Up card, not an Evolution Card

Drifblim is fine

Drifblim Lv.X, i like the power, just like the Dusknoir Lv.X
Sacrifice is broken even if you have to Knock Out one of your pokemon, it should probably have something to do with the Knocked Out Pokemon as opposed to doing 100 damage
Harder Feelings should probably cost PPP as opposed to PP, since you are putting on ALOT of damage counters, maybe even PPPC
