Colorado wins worlds!!!! O yea! And with a SD baby. :cool: I only got Top 16 with Croak/Scizor, Ian B. Top 32, but tristan got in to the finals and won! Go buy this deck when it comes out! Only one GG wins, 1 Emp, and a ROGUE! Isn't that almost the first time eer rogue won? Anyways, gratz tristan, see you at battle roads, now your aging up into my division, uh oh. lol Yea baby, 5 Croak/Scizor made it into worlds, 1 top cutted in each division. We coulda had the sweep. lol So yea, gratz to Jason on histroy, and Dylan for pulling out the win!

Incredible.

Took 2 meh cards and made a world-class deck.

Tristan is amazing. I had trouble keeping up with him at nats.(We were both 2-0 out of lunch.)

I'll buy the deck.
 
I know tristan didn't make it, Ian/Adrian did. I never said he did. But he won with it. :p lol
I'm soooo buying this deck. haha
 
Yea. I got top 16. I shoulda had top 8 at least, but misplay, and the cess lock broken. He won. Oh well. I grinded in, then top 16. Not bad. ;)
 
Does anyone know what excatly he was playing?(Like how many of that line, the trainers, and energy.)

brawler. You'll figure it out when the worlds decks are printed. lol I'll prob post mine if I can remember it in my report. Thanks steve! Kevin played the same thing. All CO players besides Melina played the rogue in Worlds. Yea, we woulda had kevin go all the way if he made it. =[
 
congratz to tristan for winning with IMO one of the most original decks at worlds. Who would have thought of croak.

That is FREAKING awesome, The Kid is Amazing to have the BIG ones to run a deck like that, and anyone else. You guys are Inspiration to ALL of Us Rogue players!
 
Yea. After 2 (3 years maybe?), JP has won juniors. He prevented it this year. Nice! Yea, I didn't want to run PLOX or GG or Empoleon, etc. So I played it, rogue won worlds, no one thought it could happen in this format. ;)

This was no fluke. Tristan has been winning almost every local/regional event for about 3 years now. He was the 2007 US Nats Champ. He finish #2 this year. He barely missed top cut at last year's Worlds despite winning his last round and dropping lower in the ratings.

With KevinA, ChristianM, and PabloK (#2 at US Nats 2006) still in SRs, 2008-9 should be a good year for CO. We have plenty of upstarts to fill Tristan's enormous shoes in JRs: MelinaK, WilliamS, DanteM, and SamA, just to name a few. All have very supportive parents, a key element to doing well in JRs.
