I purchased the above mentioned Premium Box, which came with an Electvire deck; with the other option being the Magmortar deck. It seemed like a pretty good combo, since that deck comes with Ampharos, Electvire, Donphan, and Electrode. However, much to my shock, the deck is missing 3 Electabuzz and thus giving the deck a count of only 57 cards out of 60. Anyone else having this problem with decks being short cards? Is this a common issue?

I've purchased a Glaceon deck and the D/P Lucaphy 2 player starter without having any such problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or information I could use. A number (perferably) or e-mail address to someone high enough up in the Pokemon TCG would be appreciated. Think it would be possible for them to send me out 3 Electabuzz in an envelope or something?

That seems like bad luck to me.

I bought a Theme Deck when GE was new. Ofcourse I bought the Darkrai 1 since it's 1 of my fav pokemon.

But when looking through the cards, I noticed I actually had 2 Darkrai's in it instead of 1 as seen on the box's list.

I was pretty happy with that, 61 cards in a them deck...
 
At our pre-release 1 of our participants in the Theme Deck Challenge, who purchased the Leafeon Deck, was short 3 "call for family" eevee....

If you contact Customer Support and provide them with an explanation and your receipt I'm sure they will exchange it for you.

You could also try returning it to the store your bought it from.
 
Well, the thing is, I purchased it from Walmart which I doubt will just exchange a deck (or even find cards being returned okay) from the Palkia pack without returning the whole thing. It also didn't help that the store I purchased it from didn't have that particular deck for which to exchange with. As i've opened the boosters that came with the Premium Box, i'd doubt they'd be okay with me returning it (not that I'd want to...I pulled a Dialga and Snorlax, as well as other decent cards). I mean, I could try taking it to a store that HAD that particular deck and explain the situation. However, I had hoped maybe someone on here particularly someone with POP connections could give me some help.
 
Someone on here might be able to. You could always try PM'ing people for numbers if this thread gets you nowhere.

I would try to obtain some sort of customer service number.

I know DarkTwins (sorry to drop your name into this man) has had a bunch of problems with "tin" cards coming damaged, and I think he got that resolved, so maybe he has some numbers you could try

I know there are LOTS of pokegym members on here who have had this problem in the past (missing cards from packs) and have been able to get the issue resolved, maybe one of them would be nice enough to chime in and help you.

I'm sorry I don't have any numbers, and its never happened to me and even if it did, I don't think i would fret about $10 (me personally, but I can totally understand why someone would)

Hey I could be wrong, but I thought it was the other Eevee that was included with that deck. Maybe I just read it wrong.

Glaceon deck, that comes with Jolteon has the non-Call for Family Eevee. Leafeon deck, which comes with Espeon comes with Call for Family.
Edit: Anyway, wish me luck guys...going to try returning the Premium Box to Walmart to get another one with Electvire's deck...I just hope there isn't another screw up...

Ah! Thanks Dave. That's good info to keep in mind. Don't know why we didn't think of it before! We'll try to keep that in mind for next time, since we know nobody's perfect, and these things happen from time to time.
