10 Basic :psychic:

Total: 18

Strategy:
Attack and spread damage with Dusknoir LV.X and then KO with Giratina sending the Pokemon to the 'Lost Zone'.

Translations:
----------------------------
Duskull LV.12 – Psychic – HP50
Basic Pokemon

[P] Silhouette: Place 1 damage counter on the Defending Pokemon. When you do, if the Defending Pokemon already has damage counters on it, place 1 additional damage counter.
[C][C] Will ‘o Wisp: 20 damage.

Weakness: Darkness (+10)
Resistance: Colorless (-20)
Retreat: 1
-------------------------------
Dusclops LV.40 – Psychic – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Duskull

[P][C] Confuse Ray: 20 damage. Flip a coin, if heads the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.
[P][C][C] Trick Room: 40 damage. If you have a Stadium card in play, this attack does an additional 20 damage. If your opponent has a Stadium card in play, remove 2 damage counters from Dusclops.

Weakness: Darkness (+20)
Resistance: Colorless (-20)
Retreat: 1
--------------------------------
Dusknoir LV.47 – Psychic – HP120
Stage 2 – Evolves from Dusclops

Poke-Body: Chill
As long as this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon, in between turns place 1 damage counter on each of your opponent’s Pokemon that has any Energy attached to it.

[P][C][C] Dark Mist: 60 damage. If the Defending Pokemon already has 2 or more damage counters on it, this attack does an additional 20 damage
-----------------------------------
Dusknoir LV.X – Psychic – HP140
Level Up

Poke-Power: Ectoplasm
This Power can be used once, if this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon and its HP is reduced to 0 by damage from an opponent’s attack. Although this Pokemon is Knocked Out, don’t discard this 1 card, and instead play it in the battle area as a Stadium card (discard any Stadium cards already in play).
If this card is put into play as a Stadium card, it has the following effect: “In between turns, place 1 damage counter on each of your opponent’s Pokemon,” and when this card would be discarded, return it to your hand instead.

Weakness: Darkness (+x2)
Resistance: Colorless (-20)
Retreat: 3
------------------------------------
Giratina LV.59 – Psychic – HP100
Basic Pokemon

[P][C] Reverse: 20 damage. You may switch Giratina with one of your Benched Pokemon.
[P][C][C] Destroyed Sky Attack: 50 damage. If the Defending Pokemon is Knocked Out by this attack, move the Defending Pokemon and all cards attached to it to your opponent’s Lost Zone instead of the discard pile.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Colorless (-20)
Retreat: 3
-----------------------------------
Luxury Ball – Trainer

Search your deck for 1 Pokemon card (excluding Pokemon LV.X), show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

If there’s already a card named Luxury Ball in your discard pile, you can’t play this card.
-----------------------------------
Pokedrawer + – Trainer

You can play 2 copies of this card at the same time.
If you play 1 copy, draw 1 card from your deck.
If you play 2 copies, search your deck for up to 2 cards and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. (This counts as the effect of both cards.)
-----------------------------------
Pokeblower + – Trainer

You can play 2 copies of this card at the same time.
If you play 1 copy, flip a coin. If heads, place 1 damage counter on 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon.
If you play 2 copies, choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon and switch it with his or her Active Pokemon. (This counts as the effect of both cards.)

Yes it is, but every Basic is perfectly Call Energy compatible.
Also, I think there is enough disruption to buy time to attach Extra Energy.

Although I would not mind fitting a Tech that does some fast energy attaching. The thing is....only Leafeon LV.X would be the best for this since Kiss only has a small chance of retrieving 1 of the 10 Basic :psychic: Energy.

But if it fits, I can easily remove the Aerodactyl since it's just another Tech in this deck.

what exactly is the "lost zone" supposed to be? and i think that giratina LA is better for this deck then IFDS
-4 pokeblower
+2 pachi
+2 phione

The 'Lost Zone' is a new and hopefully temporary game thingy.
Pokemon in the 'Lost Zone' are not in play anymore. And thus, they can't be 'revived' with NM and such.
Due to the heavy spread, it's easier to 'Ban' any Pokemon from your opponent.

EDIT: I have stared at my list and I have to say that I really don't think Phione and Pachi fit in here.

i said pachi to load the bench with dusky, baltoy, and giratina. and phione helps with t3 noir Lv X.
but do you agree with using LA giratina? and im guessing that the "lost zone" is where empoleon Lv X sends your cards as a result of its power, in addition to giratina sending dead pokemon there

i only said giratina LA because of its use in spread decks as a late game/late spread finisher tank.
and i would say run snowpoints but that collides with noir
