Reasons:
Looking at your last 2 posts you seem REALLY excited to get things started. That makes me wonder if you have something in mind, or something you plan on doing night 1 and thus want to get this day over with. On the other hand, you might just be really excited to be playing the game, but the former has me slightly nervous. I'll gladly unvote you if you can convince me that you are just excited about starting the game, and not about something you plan on doing...
 
Annnnd that's pretty muchly how it works on the first day, for those of you new to the game. With no leads to go on from happenings on previous days/nights, you just have to try to find someone with slight suspicion to vote for. I for one am going to wait on this one, since there really ISN'T anything to go on....

Now Absol, while I understand you voting for Pika because he seems to be excited about the game beginning, but it's way too early to make assumptions, IMO.
 
Well, the first day really is about just making an assumption, or... continuing a tradition. However I'll just be undecided for the moment. DarthPika is really the only suspicious one I noticed, so I may change later.

TBH, I really don't have anything planed. I just want to get started to see how the game is played. I don't really care how long any of the days/nights last, I just wanted to get started. lol

OMG!!! Someone just considerd me, a first timer, a threat!! :eek::lol:

Really, I have almost no idea of what I'm doing right now. Even if I did have a plan (which I dont), I don't see how that would be possible for the first day/night.

also IF Darth Pika AND Octillery are wolves it would make scene why Octillery voted for Absoltrainer, to try to protect Darth Pika.. IF Octillery is a a wold then Pika is suspect if he isn't then Pika is probably not a wolf.

This is how I see it though Octillerys post is just odd I agree with Mew *
 
Darth, you're not supposed to double post. It makes it so the game mod can't see if you really edited your post, which isn't allowed. I really have no idea who to vote for, but does anyone?

Reason: He didn't really give any reason for voting for absol, and several others are voting for him. Since its all just guess work right now, I'm just going to vote for him. As the game moves on a little more I may change my vote.
 
Well, finally another game has come underway.

I must apologize for my lack of posting, I had surgery on the 2nd and am still rather "groggized" from pain meds.

First of all it seems as if this game has started very non-charactesterically. With limited bandwagoning and Limited voting without reason.

However I do believe that it is not yet time for this day to end, so I would ask for all of us to stop voting quickly, so that the wolves do not get a quick night. We need to dray out days until we have a decent target to vote for, otherwise we give the wolves a strategic advantage in getting the day over quickly, and preventing us from gathering information about who the wolves/indies are.

So, I implore you, make sure this day lasts atleast one or two more days.

Also, if you vote without a reason IN YOUR OWN WORDS I will vote you down. No one should vote without justification, the more of us posting our reasons for voting, the more of us will be regurgitating the information availible, this reduces the likelihood that there will be information missed that might clue us in to who the wolves are.

If you do not talk during the day, I will vote for you. Without talking on the boards, we have no way of getting information on the potential wolves. Moreover, it is a common wolf tactic to simply lay low and not post.

So far, the game looks pretty good. I'm glad were actually taking time, and so far skipping the band wagon.

DarthPika: you don't have to vote in every post. However, most people like to get it out of the way by voting undecided or their actual vote.

So far, it appears that Octillery49 is in the hot seat. Do you have any reason for posting your vote for Absoltrainer? I'm not sure if voting for him is the correct move, but if you give no backing, that's a perfect case of a random vote.

There's not really anybody doing anything other then Octillery49, who has yet to give reason behind his vote. He might be voting for Absol Trainer out of fear at his mention of voting off DP, which could mean that both Octillery and DP are wolves. I doubt that DP's posts were out of wanting to start due to a plan, I was anxious to start too. Both of us are first timers and I for one was really into the last game, even though I wasn't playing. But if Octillery voted because Absol said he was nervous about DP being a wolf, (I don't think being anxious to start is reason enough for that) and Octillery was the first poster, that might mean he takes what Absol posted to include him too and is now afraid of being lynched. If Octilary49 can give me a good reason for his vote, I might change this. But for now,

BTW Irkit, if we don't post during the day, doesn't that mean modkill anyways?
 
If you don't post during the day you'll usually just get a warning and you'll need to post ASAP to not get modkilled. But I mean it's really hard to not get a post in each game day, because game days can last a while, with a lot being you know 3-7 days or so. There's not really anything to worry about.
 
Well it seems we have automatically adopted a theory, here. How do we know Octillery and DP are wolves? They're the only ones seeming to have connections. They could very well be in a mason group, so not necessarily wolves. Not defending them(and you'll see why) , but just pointing it out. Now, for my vote

And as for Octillery, give him a break, guys. He's new to the game. Not to say I won't vote for him, though...

Uhh.... I'm not pretending to be ignorant....

I've never played this game before, so I really know what to do yet. Your jumping on me the same way everyone jumped on Octillery.

Reason: He just randomly voted for Absoltrainer. Absoltrainer had a logical reason for suspecting DarthPika, so why would Octillery49 vote for him, and he didn't even post a reason for it. He obviously sees that Abosltrainer is able to is able to logically pick out people who maybe wolves, and takes that as a threat. Although I'm not saying DarthPika is a wolf, it's just a reasonable possibility.
