My computer was down and than I just went straight to the last page, missing that everyone wanted me
to give a reason for voting for you.

After I found out about people wanting to vote for me, I immediately posted my reasoning.
However after that you went for voting off someone else but with rediculous reasoning this time rather than no reason. I mean voting someone off because I quote "waited a VERY long time to vote meaning he was thinking it through" is silly and doesn't make sense. Not to mention your second reason being "he particularly didn't want to die."

I'm really sorry octillery, but when it comes down to who goes day 1 it is pretty much the person who makes the first mistake. You not only made the first mistake of random voting with no reasoning, but the second time you made a vote it was with ridiculous reasoning.

This is great, but there's just one thing I don't understand. With all this logic against Octillery49, WHY IS HE NOT DEAD YET?

<_< I'm just a n00b. Have mercy on me!!!!!!:frown:

earlier in the thread he also said "why kill me if I am a mason"
That is the most suspicious thing any one person can say.. JIMO

When your role is revealed this should be interested why you wanted Mercy? If you are a mason being lynched day 1, you wouldn't go try defending yourself and asking for mercy; you would have just not said much at all.

Something you need to remember is that Octillery49 isn't a skilled player in this game, from what we've seen. Saying "if this is your role you wouldn't do that" just doesn't work. You can't predict the strategic moves of an ignorant, unstrategic player. (no offense Octillery, but you are new to the game)

Okay, well, not much I can do at this point. Might as well not delay the inevitable.

VOTE: Octillery49

Overtaken by the refreshments at the event, octillary49 began to spew random insults and accusations about many others in the town. Fearing this was only the prelude to a full on Wolf attack, the townies waged a full on lynching of the misguided new player. Wanting a quick lynching, many members joined on the initial bandwagon and offed the fresh meat before he could do any significant damage. Unsurprisingly, the Town Members discovered was nothing more than one of many Parisian Consorts at the party, nothing more.
--------------------------

22. Parisian Consort (Octillery49):

You are a Parisian Consort to the Government. You were invited to this ball under, shall we say, mysterious circumstances. Your goal now is to use your powers of discernment and logic to deduce who the enemies are and eliminate them using your powers of influence.

WIN CONDITION: Town wins.
----------------------------

(SIDE NOTE: Before I have flipping out townies, there were some roles reused in this game, especially the normal vanilla town roles. Note the number in the upper left-hand corner of the death post and you will see it contains a number. This number is unique to your character and your character alone. So don’t worry about seeing a role VERY similar to yours in-post unless it has your unique number on it.
-----------------------------

The town decided to sleep a while to allow the excitement and stress of the night to role over. The lights were dimmed and the courtesans and peasants curled up together to sleep.

Yet the dark is where the vultures and evils of the night make their stance and those with their minds set to mischief began to exact their dire revenge on the many who had offended them.

BEGIN NIGHT 1!!!

Please Have all roles in by 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, January 15th.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

<<<EXTRA NOTE>>>:

The following players need to post before Thursday or they will be replaced...

Night fell in the glass court as groups split off together to sleep in pairs or more for safety. Sadly, not all could be protected by this logic, nor could the plans of the creatures of the night be stopped. Their insidious and benevolent actions were executed with ruthless efficiency.

A single, loose hangman’s noose slipped down from the rafters of the room and slid gently around PokePocket’s neck. Unaware of what was happening, he was whisked to the heights of the ceiling, not to be seen again the next day. A mysterious man, seemingly moving to music no one heard kept his body moving through the night, practicing popping and locking through it all. A dark shadow flew into the wall as he sidestepped out of its path while another man silently watched him from the shadows, learning his weaknesses and hoping to somehow exploit them.

The Wolves, seeing their chance to move in and devour their prey, leapt towards their victim that night. He had taken refuge near one of the many glass walls and was sleeping quite soundly. The lupine creatures surrounded the sleeping man and began to tear him limb from limb. However, they could not devour their prey that night, as a madman screeched a battle cry as he lumbered towards them. The Wolves scattered, but the man followed through with his battle swing and shattered the Wall behind the unfortunate prey. Sadly, all this occurred during the night under dimly lit candles. No one could see who or what had done anything.

The next morning, the town awoke to the corpse of one of their great thinkers. Blastoise-Shellshocker, who had done nothing to warrant a killing the previous day sat, ripped in two, in front of a shattered glass wall. He was one of the benevolent creatures of the night, named Erik. Some knew him as the man with the excellent mask. Other knew him as The Phantom of the Opera.
----------------------------------

6. Le Fantôme de l'Opéra (Protector) (Blastoise-Shellshocker): You are the Phantom of the Opera, the secret protector of the village. For years, you have lived in the shadows, silently driving the bustling theatre world of Paris. Now, new dark figures threaten your town’s safety and you must rush to their aid. Especially Christine’s, your young protégé prima donna.

You are the Town Priest. Each night, you will choose one person to protect from any roles used on them. However, you will also prevent that person from using any of their roles. You are also madly driven by your Love for Christine to pull her away from Raoul. Some events may unfold during the game to turn Christine’s devotion more towards you than that Vain Viscount or even change your role completely.

WIN CONDITION: Town Wins.
------------------------------------------

The town now knew that Erik had been there only to help the town, not destroy it. But Erik had always longed for Christine and PokePockets was still mysteriously missing.

However, this was not the only discovery made. Behind the Phantom, one of his trademark mirrored walls had been broken during the night. Another television had been set up in another alcove with another red button on the side of it. Carefully, one townsperson approached the button and pressed it. This is the programme it played…

With the town now without their Protector and another new video present to assist the town, more people began to question how they would survive this panicked room alive. It was now the job of the living to decide the fate of another in their midst.

BEGIN DAY 2!!!
