oh but manectric protects mostly everything on your bench except it self and if needed the manectric can attack

If it's only once when you level up the luxray, cant the opponent just spray it?

yea, but the fact that you can poketurn him up and Gust again makes it sick.

also, i'd -1-1 manectric, + 1 Quagsire GL, +1 Crobat G

a big problem I have found in just doing some prelim. testing is that power sprays ruin the gust on luxray gl lv x. and other than that, toxicroak is just as fast but with a better body.
