Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

No. 1 No.2 No.3 Pikachu Trophy Cards?

Their true value is whatever the final bidder decides its worth. I can see it getting to, or going past $10,000 if it keeps up like this(the 1st place card)

the 1997 trophy cards are the rarest and most notable in the Pokemon world; they surpass anything and everything. only two sets exist and if the auction reaches completion only one set unless that set to has also been broken up, though I don't think it has because the other set has been authenticated by PSA; unless of course someone graded the gold and another the silver etc...

At the moment it looks like they will not be staying in the UK nor going to the US, an auction like seems to have dragged out all sorts of funny folk from all over the world, I quote "Hallo, I come England and shke hand to thank me".

Have some buyers expressed interest in all 3? Because it would be really good if they stayed together as a complete set.

Honest answer, right here, right now....No it looks like they will be split. This is only based on direct communications though! Certain people have expressed an interest in various cards and my answer had been fairly simple to all, place a bid to show you are really interested then feel free to make offers.

There seems to be 5 players in the game at the moment but lord only knows what will happen between now and Sat night, I had one guy that I politely said "no thank you" too and he got rather rude and up himself so I blocked him bidding - he has come back to me this afternoon with "sorry.....how about $$$$ for xyz card"

I just dont know what to do to be honest...

May I ask how many people are officially watching that auction? A chat room I frequent points out that auction at least once a day, haha.

I would unblock him and also let him know that it is against ebay policy to do business like this so if he is interested he can bid on it like everyone else.

I wish you guys had put up the Illustrator also, that would be fun to watch how high the bids that holy-grail would have brought:eek::thumb: Well any way the No. 1 will get really ugly as everyone knows and expects in the last hour of the auction unless it could be avoided somehow:rolleyes::wink:

More like last minute of the auction. I don't how many times I've been sitting at my computer when an auction is about to end, and with 7 seconds left, I get outbid and wished my max bid was just slightly higher. Anyways, good luck avmozz, I didn't know you were pokeblokey until just a second ago.

Too bad... It looks like the set has been broken. Oh well... if the No. 1 has been sold or is being sold to a private buyer at least I'm sure it'll have a nice home. Perhaps it'll go to generous collector who will let everyone know on the gym its whereabouts when the time comes.

However much it went for I'm sure the person will or is going to get a good deal, if you consider its the trophy card that started it all and there's only two in existence.
