I be a senior.
So I finally put my deck together at about 2am before the tournament, end up getting about four hours of sleep and gooo!
Shane's 5/22 Playing HoPe
Round 1 Vs. A person w/ stuff
I get a quick Mewtwo rolling and that's all I end up needing to KO a Vaporeon, Buizel and Chimchar I believe. 1-0
Round 2 Vs. Justin w/ Feraligatr/Blastoise/Floatzel
I am afeared. I know I have to wreck Claydol to even have a chance here. Thankfully I do with not too much trouble. He KO's my Honchkrow however with a Squirtle and thanks to my awesome hand I can only attack with an Uxie + Belt that I don't put under. He get anything at all while I eventually get Blaziken rolling taking a prize per turn. 2-0
Lunch. Lots of chips and half a bagel nom.
Round 3 Vs. Another person w/Dusknoir
I get a pretty good start with a fast Blaziken smacking his Baltoy/Claydols around. Not being able to setup and Dusknoir being weak to Honchkrow wins it for me, I don't think he took a prize. 3-0
Round 4 Vs. Kaz w/Hax.dek (Starmie/Shuppet)
Starmie makes me sadface. We both wall each other with Mr. Mime but I get Mewtwo going way too late to actually do much and Starmie would've killed it anyway.I hang on until it's 1-1 prizes but he gets the Crobat on Mewtwo + Belt with 130 on it ftw. 3-1
I get third, pull the top half of Entei/Raikou and hang out for a while. Fun day

Today we mis-predict the I-5 three lane closure traffic and end up about a half hour early. Nobody's playing Jumpluff so I switch out my Ditto tech for another Uxie in my Luxchomp.
5/23 Jeanne's, seniors have four people so we're mixed with the masters.
Round 1 Vs. Jack
My opening hand is 2 DCE, Spray, Aaron's, Night Maintenance, Dragonite FB and some other bad card. I topdeck a Cyrus but his good start and my going first means I can't keep up at all, he goes Garchomp all over my face. Mirror hate. 0-1
Round 2 Vs. Kenny
Read above but my start sucked ever so slightly less. 0-2
Lunch = awesome salad.
Round 3 Vs. Justin
Good start hurray. His seems to be not so good with no pokemon search or Uxie. Throughout the game he's only able to hit with a Shuppet + Pluspower with a Buck's here and there. I get two Luxrays and a Garchomp going and take my prizes with just a little trouble from Mr. Mime. 1-2
Round 4 Vs. Kyle
He's playing Ursaring/Donphan. He has everything he needs every single turn without any Uxie or Claydol. He also discards my Night Maintenance and Promocroak with Hammer Arm. 1-3
Round 5 Vs. Nice lady but I don't know her name
I get a turn two Garchomp C X and proceed to mop up some basics and an Ursaring prime. 2-3
I hang out with Jack and his friend who I didn't get the name of ( ) while they wait for the masters standings to be posted than go watch masters top cut.

Round 1 Vs. Person w/ random grass stuff
He gets some Grovyles and a RR Beedrill out but never really has the energy to do much while I'm mass attacking for a prize per turn. 1-0
Round 2 Vs. Kaz w/ Shuppet
I get the AMU lock out turn one along with a Jumpluff going second and a Luxray on the bench. He forgets about Azelf MT and lays down a Shuppet with a Belt which I Bright Look and kill on my turn. It seems like he didn't get a very good start on top of that so I just Mass Attack another Shuppet + Belt and a couple Unown R. 2-0
Round 3 Vs, Katelynn w/ Jumpluff/Kingdra
She takes the first prize, she wins. 3-1
Round 4 Vs, Justin w/ THE GOD aka Mamoswine
Mamoswine is way too slow to keep up with Jumpluff and even though the water one isn't weak to Jumpluff I'm still 2 shotting with one energy while they have to hurt themself to one shot with four energy. I end it by Hover Healing a Mamoswine with 120 on it for my last prize. 3-1
Top 2 Vs. Katelynn
Blah, whoever wins the first game essentially will win out.
Game One: I get the first prize with a better start and Mesprit, goes like all Jumpluff mirrors do even with her Kingdra.
Game Two: She chooses to go second and gets the first prize. I think you can figure it out.
Game Three: I choose to go second obviously. She starts with a Hoppip and a Baltoy, I start with Hoppip and Uxie + Bat in hand. I drop the bat, communication for another bat, play my hand down and drop Uxie for five. I get the Jumpluff and PokeTurn for the donk.

I put together a Palkia the night before just for the heck of it, never played it at all before and wanted to try something new.
Round 1 Vs. Matthew w/CurseGar
I start with Bronzong G and he starts with Spiritomb. Ugh. He goes first, Darkness Graces for nothing. I started alright other than the Bronzong and get a few basics out with a DCE on Zong. He goes and gets Mewtwo and Azelf, plays the Azelf even though I had Psychic Bound and attaches to Mewtwo. I don't play a Mewtwo counter so this was a crucial misplay. I keep him under the lock until I can finally get Palkia attacking. I take six prizes to his none. 1-0
Round 2 Vs. katelynn w/Jumpluff
I get a good start and get the lock going early, she's only able to attack twice this game. I 6-0 this one too. 2-0
Round 3 Vs. Kevin w/Gengar SF
His Pitchdarking slowed me down a little bit but I went ahead and got the AMU lock so it would cost an energy. Pretty much the same as the other one, he gets a haunter but that's it. I think he does a total of fifty damage to Palkia and that's it. 3-0
I hang out for a bit, trade and play a few games.

This is where I find out that Palkia does in fact beat Sableye. My lock > his. 4-0
Round 5 Vs. Nicolo w/Magmortar/Infernape SF
All he does his ten damage with Chimchar throughout the whole game. The lock and being able to snipe things with energy a million turns in a row is good. 5-0
Top 4 Vs. Kyle w/Feraligatr/Blastoise
He finds out his Floatzel Lv.x is prized and conceeds. I don't get it either. 1-0
He chooses to go second and gets a Ferligatr and Blastoise with four energy while using zero Uxie/Claydol and one Bebe. He kills my active Garchomp. Mesprit > Gatr. He conceeds again. 2-0
Top 2 Vs. Lucas w/Sablelock
Similar to our swiss round except more dragged out with him taking a couple prizes due to missed locks here and there. 1-0
I start with Giratina and no supporters. Ffffffff. I manage to get the attachments on time and use one Collector for some stuff, one of which is an Uxie which does not give me another supporter off of four or five cards. I do however have the Garchomp to counterhis with EQ instead of Dragon Rush giving me temporarily good board position. Obviously this runs out of steam quickly but he isn't doing much either. I live off my crappy topdecks until I finally get a Cyrus then finish up. 2-0

Round 1 Vs. Katelynn w/CurseGar
She has Mewtwo which I have no counter for but for some reason despite being able to early game I believe she doesn't set it up. Phew. She instead goes for the Gengar while I'm screwing with her setup and spreading. I don't think the Gengar is able to attack before it gets Hydro Shotted. She tries to set up Mewtwo late game but I have the Hydro Shot + Crobat. I get a couple more KOs for game. 1-0
Round 2 Vs. Phillip w/Shiftry
He goes second but only has a lone Seedot still. I'm able to KO it on my turn. 2-0
Round 3 Vs. Quinn w/Blaziken FB/S2
I wreck his setup but have to break the lock late game giving him a bit of setup but not enough. I Palkia snack his water weak pokemon. 3-0

Game 2: I whiff on a supporter for about six turns so I'm struggling. I decide to not conceed since I have such an amazing matchup if I can just get a supporter. I get a Collector yesss. I get some stuff going finally and start to comeback. It comes down to 1-1 prizes, he has one energy on a Blaze PL but doesn't have anymore as his Palmer is his last prize. Even if he had the energy to Clutch it wouldn't have KOed and I had the Turn so I could Dragon Rush. 4-0
