I'm almost 100% this guy is a troll.

His list runs neither Contest Hall or Bench Shield.

Wow this article is TERRIBAD. I mean that in every offensive way possible, since this guy is so cocky for what he's backing up.
Your list is absolutely horrible. Your matchups are deemed inaccurate, and your tier list is lulzi to say the least. I have a way better list than yours and my list isn't even T2...even T3. The deck is a FUN DECK at best.

Just out of interest, why are you so confident you can beat me?
On another matter, seeing as you don't have Redshark or Apprentice, how did you test your match ups? Did you play many games in real life against good players with good lists? (When I say 'good players', obviously I don't mean people who play Contest Hall or GHQ in Luxchomp).

This deck...it just baffles me.
My decks aren't very good, mainly because I'm not all that good of a player, but even I see many problems with this deck.
Just by looking at the deck list, I see these main flaws:
1.) 4 Basic. Do you like to get mulligans or something?
2.) 4-4 line only. Like seriously, you pretty much only have 4 pokemon in the deck. Why do you have no
support? Come on, Uxie, Chatot, and Cherrim all instantly come to mind with this deck.
3.) Where are your trainers? There is no way this deck can perform very well when it is chock full of "only 1 per turn" supporter cards. That's just insane.
4.) Why so many DIFFERENT supporters? You have Bebe, Elm, Fisherman, Cyrus, Flower Shop Lady, and Lookers all in the same deck. I seriously doubt you need all of these.
5.) Only 1 BTS. If you wanna try to run nothing but a 4-4 line, fine then. But at least be smart about it. You pretty much need your Scizor to constantly be setup on the field, for which you'll need BTS. Running only 1 is just horribly inconsistent.
6.) Fisherman and Flower Shop Lady. You have both. But you also have so much energy that you don't need both. Which brings me to...
7.) Your energy count. You run 2 Scizors that need grass energy. They only need 2 each to use their attack. So why do you have 13 grass energy? Heck, you could easily lower that count and up the metal count just a tad. Or just lower that count period.
8.) If you're going to use a speed deck, then try using speedy cards. Pokedex, Unknown R, Uxie, Pokedrawer +, Victory Medal, etc.
9.) 0 Plus Power. Speedy decks list this one usually need pluspowers and other damage increasing cards (Crobat G, Buck's Training) in order to secure their knock outs.
10.) YOU ONLY HAVE A 4-4 LINE! Sorry, but this one is just a really big problem. Starter decks will stare at you in confusion. I just see no reason for the low pokemon count what so ever.
So there. 10 huge flaws I see with this deck. And yes, I did read the entire article, not just the deck list. Look, Scizor does have some potential going for it, but this deck just doesn't abuse that potential. I think if you tweak it some more, and polish out the dents and scratches, this deck will run smoothly.
