I won two games and I lost three games at City Championships and my mom and dad say my red hat is lucky too. I love playing pokemon too. :pokeball:
 
I want to say a BIG thank you to BDS, Chris and June, and the WHOLE STAFF of people for this awesome
tournament weekend! It was a lot of fun, and I"m sure it was a lot of FUN work for all involved running it!
I can't wait to see you all next saturday, I'll take one of those medals home with me if it KILLS ME!

That 3 city's weekend was AMAZING!!!! A huge thank you to Chris, June, and BDS! It was definetly worth spending the weekend up in the Portland area to make it to all three tournaments. After seeing so much Vilegar and Gyarados around I'm ready with my own [DEL]Vilegar[/DEL] deck for Hillsboro! Alright, time for me to play rogue again.

And no, I'm not playing Houndoom/Weavile/Slowking again. (or am I? :eek:)

DJ. I beat chris in the top 4 match, and DJ and I went to game 3, had to go to McDonads for the
game 3 sudden death match, and he got me one turn before I could get him. >,< He really IS my
Kryptonite!!! 16-6 on the weekend, 0-3 against DJ. >.<

Admittedly not my best report work, but I didn't take any notes, and had some bad back problems and sleep
problems all weekend. Good news though, I start my TWO AND A HALF WEEK VACATION on thursday! Which
will get me through all the City Championships for the next 3 weekends!! I'll be ready for all the rest of these babies!

Win Those Play Mats!!!

WOW, we are off to a GREAT start. I want to remind you all that every time you play in one of our CC tournaments this season your name is entered in the drawing for 4 Worlds (Hawaii) play mats. After three events we have 51 people who are entered THREE TIMES!!! There are 32 people entered twice and 61 people entered once. It will be interesting to see if anyone attends all 12 events.

Only TWO days until our next event!

Just a reminder of all the ways you can win stuff:

  1. When you register you get a Poliwag Promo card;

  2. Just by playing you are entered in a drawing for four Worlds play mats;

  3. If you bring a Junior player that has not played in one of our Premier events before you both get a pack;

  4. Between rounds we draw 4 or 5 table numbers and the people at those tables win give away items;

  5. If 100 or more players register, all those give away items between rounds will be BOOSTER PACKS (this has already happened once!); and finally

  6. If you win your division you get 18 booster packs and a City Championship medal (NINE different people have already done this!).
