One thing before I go to sleep. BarkJon has been playing radically differently for the past few posts. It almost seems as if he is getting outside help. I dont know if wolves can talk during the day (I think it depends on the GM?), but it seems possible to me that BarkJon could be getting help from someone in a group with him. It would be very easy for a vet player to come up with a lie like that for BarkJon to tell as his own.

Of course its possible that the person telling him this is a mason of his and not a wolf. Its also possible that wolves cant talk during the day and my theory is wrong. Just wanted to throw this out there to see what you all think of it.

I was thinking along the same lines. If he is in a twin pair with a veteran, maybe they can talk like masons. Either of those situations you brought up AAM are both plausible. It could also easily be a wolf giving him info. In all the WW games I've been in, the wolves can PM whenever.
LEX if you feel like it do you mind telling us what the situation is for this game in regards to wolf communication?
 
While I hate doing this, it is true that we should get rid of someone. I do like how Barkjon tried to defend himself, but it does come to a point. Although I've been a minor help to the town, I will vote Barkjon off.

Finally, the group reached a decision.
"You've just been telling everyone what you think they want to hear all along. We don't need you around if you won't stand up for yourself," one of them stated, as they closed in on Barkjon.

"No! I was just trying to help. Please, don't do this! I'm didn't do anything wrong. I'm too young to die! Sister, please, help me!" Barkjon cried, panicking.

"Leave him alone! I know he's made some mistakes, but he's telling the truth!" Azure Kite yelled, trying to pull an older Trainer away from Barkjon as they tied him up. "If you just wait, I'll explain everything!"

Heedless of her protests, they dragged the young Gym Leader out of the building, and threw him into the ocean. Azure Kite screamed, then dove into the water, apparently in an attempt to rescue him.

After waiting for several minutes, the town realized that Azure Kite had drowned herself, as well. They retreated from the shore silently, not terribly regretful of Barkjon's death, but shocked by Azure Kite's demise.

Begin Night 1

During the night, several people got to work doing what they could to help their faction. Only a few remained in their rooms in the enormous building covering most of the developed land on the island.

One man realized that he would be unable to sleep while under such stress, and silently left the building to take a walk, unaware that he was being watched.

As he paused to examine a rock on the sandy ground, one of the observers crouched lower in the bushes, aiming a shotgun at the man's head, watching out of the corner of his eye as his subordinate mimicked the motion from atop the roof. A purple barrier formed around the killer as he did so, startling him. Only a moment later, it vanished again.

A young woman stepped forward from the shadows behind him, her expression sad but resolute.

"Giovanni. I hadn't expected I would find you so soon. Now, I will end this." She tossed a Pokeball forward, releasing a Claydol.

"What are you doing?" he snarled, lunging toward her.

"I'm sorry, my friends," the woman whispered, as Claydol used Selfdestruct.

From his vantage point, the Rocket assassin could clearly see the explosion, and realized quickly that both Giovanni and the Claydol's trainer were certain to be dead, or beyond help. His own target was still there, lying motionless on the ground. A quick glance through his binoculars told the Rocket that the man was only stunned, not dead. That would be easily remedied, though.

When the others awoke, they saw that the ground a short distance away from the building had been blackened by an explosion. The charred bodies of Arcanine/Arbok Master and Absoltrainer were found nearby. They were:

From what i read about the role of the Alpha - he had the "I am an adult - and what i say goes".

Now, that was a VERY eventful first day.

waynegg has "Vanished" - Assassin right?

So, 3 Townies and 1 Wolf dead. According to the wikipedia on this game (Called "Mafia") the ratio should be about 20 townies to 1 Wolf. But since we also have "Powers" i am sure the balance is more like 7/1.

The townies have the strength of numbers if my guess is correct.
 
Townies usually have the strength in numbers. I still haven't decided if it was a good thing for A/A M to sacrifice himself, but I suppose it was because we killed the head wolf. I'll post a full examination of the update later today
 
Poor AAM....

At least we got a wolf, and got a very lucky break in that we killed probably the most experienced wolf on the team. Going to be an interesting day.
 
Talking about Benson

Replacements are for inactive players, or players who have to leave the game.
Again all Mod preferance. We have no proof Benson will be modkilled. Lucario ex may kill him, or she may not. In an earliar game Azure Kite quoted a PM from Cardz directly and his death ended the day. In one of my games, a player wished to quit and I had no replacments, so I incorporated his death into the morning update. Whatever happens, Lucario ex will handle it.

I think it sounded like Absol wanted Benson mod-killed. I think that means benson is probably more of a townie.

After going back and reading a few posts, Barkjon is certainly getting higher on my list of suspects, but I’d like to here him try to explain himself a few more times before I place the vote.

Look back at yesterday, Absoltrainer was the one who got Barkjon voted out. Excellent play by him.

People who know about the pokemon world better than I do, what do we know about Silver? He isn't a wolf right?

Silver aka the readhead from gsc? He hates team rocket more then anything. I strongly advice anyone to give day1 another read, the bandwagon on barkjon as awful, he acted a lot like a noob and not really liek a wolf imo. I mean, he was suspicious but we had several days to think about it and some people seemed a bit to eager to finish him off. We also got very lucky on the giovanny-kill, I wonder if this was just good luck or if AAM suspected something.

Ill hopefully get myself to read through this awful day1 again this evening =_=

And what is an assasin/what do you think is up with wayne?
