I've considered selling these TCG staples for awhile now, but I'm not sure if I should wait or not.
I am a TCG player, but I just started this year so I'm not expecting to go to Worlds or anything. Anyways:

Uxie Lv.X
Luxray GL Lv.X
Gengar Prime
Poketurn
Cyrus's Conspiracy
BTS
Machamp SF rev
Gyarados SF rev

I would sell Uxie lv.x, poketurn, Machamp sf rev and Gyarados rev because with the bandlist these are certon to be switched out. The others could go up if they place high
 
I'd hold onto anything that was released Platinum-on just in case it is legal next year. However stuff like Uxie Lv. X, I would sell just because if you don't play on using it ever again, then getting rid of it while it is still high value seems like a good idea to me.

In addition to what they said, wait until States get closer -- you can be guaranteed to see a small swell in prices around the time of States. Or Regionals or Nationals, for that matter.

Now would be the time actually. If you list it any later, you won't be able to get it to them before the first weekend of States begin.

I'd advise you to get rid of your SP staples, as well. In all likelihood, Platinum will be rotated. Even if it's RR-on, Luxray GL Lv.X will be near-worthless because the SP engine will be gone.
 
I'd sell everything.

Uxie X definitely getting rotated. I can't see plat NOT being rotated, so BTS, SP engine, and almost all SP cards will be pretty worthless. With no BTS, I don't see stage 2 decks working out well next format just because the will be too slow vs speed zekrom, so I'd get rid of gengar prime. Machamp and Gyra...why the heck not, get rid of those too.
