1. I go by the Refs Rule... Always...
2. Any weird activity in a trade and I will back out because I have been ripped!!!

5. A Trade is NOT Complete until Addresses have been exchanged...
6. I go by Troll and Toad Prices and Current Card Popularity (Used in Top Decks) so don't try and rip me off...
7. No Overseas Trading... USA and Canada Only...
8. All Trades are Final once Addresses have been exchanged...
9. I dislike 1 card deals, lets try for a multi-card deal unless it is a high end card.
10. I mail in a sleeve and top loader, I expect you to do the same...
11. If we agree upon a trade and we are ready to finalize via PM, please finalize the trade through address exchange before signing off or I will cancel the trade and move on, you will have 1 hour after we agree to a trade to finalize...

Those are dice that were made by the Hawaii PTO for a give a way.

There were not given out at Worlds, nor were they for a specific Pokemon event.

does that make them rare? I'm cool with them as long as they're legal...
 
Well, the only way to get them was from the Hawaii PTO or someone that got them from him.

That right there makes them hard to get.

There are two versions. Blue and Purple.

Purple was a smaller run than blue, by a good number.

I know for a fact that the 20 or so that are floating around in Colorado were distributed out by me, after I got some from said PTO. They are very limited, as they have the year.

I would value them in the area of $10-$15 each for the blue and double, if not more, for the purple.
 
They were made for and given out at worlds, but as noted, by the HI PTO, not by P!P.

In fact, no Pokemon dice are made by Pokemon.
All are made by PTOs or PokeGym or. in some cases, teams.

Those that have the POP logo on them were approved by POP, though.
