Best Umbreon-Counter Tech?

I don't know for sure how popular Umbreon will be at States, but I think it will see a little play as a tech due to its ability to completely wall-off Gengar Prime, Gengar, and any other Pokemon with a Poke-Power or Poke-Body. I, for one, would like to tech against it if possible.

Is there any Pokemon, preferably Basic or Fighting-Type, that can easily fight Umbreon while still managing to fit in to any deck? I know this is a kind of vague question but I still haven't decided what to play for States and I would like to know what my tech options are. Thanks in advance!
 
Hitmonlee (UD) one shots it for [F][F][C]
Hitmontop (HS) one shots it for [F][C][C] or [F] if you flip 3 heads
Machamp GL (RR) one shots it for [C][C][C]

Only basic fighting types I could think of that can do a number on Umbreon. The Hitmons would be a pain to fit into most decks but I could see Machamp being ok in an SP deck with an Energy Gain and DCE.
 
Pokemon Reversal, Warp Poing and Cyclone Energy are hard counters for Umbreon without needing to waste pokemon space and you'll still be able use them against other decks.
 
relicanth sv can handle it pretty good. if they have two in combination of tools and stadiums in play it can OHKO t for a fighting. For a fighting and a colorless it does 30 before weakness and u can choose an attack for it not to be able to use next turn.

It's honestly fairly rare for them to have that in play, and that trick only works once.
 
Warp Point + D-Rush generally is the main strategy that I end up using against Umbreon decks with SP.

If you're playing Vilegar, you could tech in 1-0-1 Take Out Champ to do a modest 40 x 2, since you're running an evo line (Candies and BTS) anyways.
