Resetting game with victini download

Okay i downloaded victini to my pokemon black BEFORE i started the game

Can i choose a starter (e.g Oshawott), trade it over to a friend, then reset the game and still keep the victini downland and still be able to catch it without losing it?. Bear in mind i would not have caught it or talked to the man in the pokemon center.

If this was possible does that mean i could do it again with a different starter (e.g Snivy) and still keep the download?

If you restart the game then everything gets erased, even the Wondercards.

Meaning that you wouldn't keep it... but you could redownload it?

I see now why they make you get quite a ways through the game before you can attempt one of these downloads...

^ considering that if ya did restart a new game, you would have to re-download before the time is up and it becomes unavailable though the NWFC.......

alot of crunch time to get multipals of Victini!
