Hello! With the states over and seeing that I must change my deck for Regionals, I have created a Tyraniplume deck consisting of Tyranitar Prime and Vileplume UD. Here is the list:

4/4/4 Tyranitar (All Prime) (2 SF Pupitar and 2 UL)
2/2/2 Vileplume UD
4 Spiritomb AR
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 unown Q
1/1 Manectric PL

4 Seeker
3 Bebe's Search
4 Collector
3 Judge
2 Twins
3 BTS

4 sp Dark
3 :dark:
3 DCE
3 Warp

Strategy: Get Vileplume out to lock trainers and slow the pace of decks down to T-tar's build up speed or less. Use Manectric to block all attacks at my bench. Wipe out all the Pokemon before they set up.

(Changes are in Lime Green)

This looks like a solid list. The only things that I dont think should be there are black belt, PETM, and team rockets trickery. The black belt is ok if you really think it's good. Bebe's is superior over PETM because it can get any pokemon, not just evolved pokemon so I think PETM should go for one more of that and something else. Uxie X should go in imo, but from reading your past posts, Im sure you dont have them. I think an extra bts and max on collector, but you can keep it as is. Since you're using vileplume, I think you should add spiritomb AR for first turn train lock and easier set up. Twins I think you should either take out or put in more. And also, states aren't over. There's still more next week.

-3 Sableye
-1 Rocket's trickery
- 2 Communication
- 2 Candy
-1 Luxury ball
-2 PETM
-1 Black Belt
-1 DCE

+ 1 Collector
+ 2 twins (You're going to be behind for most of the game)
+ 2 Judge
+ 3 warp energy
+ 4 spiritomb AR
+ 1 BTS

Tyranitar prime's third attack would be great with Dialga "reverse time". Lets you put cards from the discard back on top of the deck and the third attack from tyranitar discards three cards from the top of the deck. Probably works, better with magmortar, but throwing one in your deck shouldn't hurt.

+Dialga "Reverse Time"

^I only focus on building up Power claw, Megaton Tail is for Emergencies (such as a Pokemon with more than 100 HP). I'm not sure About Dialga, maybe

Yes but you can go to a different state that is having it the second week.

True, but I only going to the one in my state, so I'm done with states now. States is over for me. I'm waiting for Regionals

anything else to do??

^still, unless it is around the border of Ohio than I might be able to go (took me 2 hours and 45 min. to get to the Ohio state champs.

Lets forget that topic, it is going off topic.

Fort wayne, IN. U might want to try umbreon in here for lulz. Not that u have problems w vilegar, but it could help wall against rogues. R u in seniors or masters?

The list was fine before, not sure why you took out a twins and judge for manectric...
If you're gonna do that, why not just nidoqueen, or evevn bellawesome?

do they do the same thing?
2 Twins and 3 judge is still fine

anything else I need to do?

Nidoqueen heals instead of protects, which means your pixies are in danger of enemy snipes, but that's really it. Since manetric doesn't protect itself, nidoqueen RR is the better choice.
But, add the 3rd twin back in, it's so helpful because you'll probably be behind for a large portion of the game.

^are you sure? I thought the part that says "Excluding and Manectic" meant any other than it's self

Yea and it sets up quick so for one energy it and semi stall a lot of decks while you set up ttar, which is your main goal

True, I ran T-Tar at IN States and did well before i had to drop (3-2). Umbreon won me one game against DialgaChomp and it stalled long enough for other games to get set up with T-Tar. Another thing it did was help protect my larvitar because when eevee hit the bench they went after it before larvitar. One guy in masters was running a similar deck you are building T-Tar with Vileplume and he was 4-1 when i talked to him. Not sure how he did after i left but it was definitely working.
