Does Dialga and Seeker help with magmortar's Hard Crush? To the point that a deck can be played with that combo going of a couple times....3/6 prizes possibly.

Just some speculation on a combo probably already discussed.
My first guess is running Magmortar with Typhlosion, but there has to be something with more synergy. Not a stage 2. Anyone got anything?

The combo: Repeat with Seeker.

Reverse Time - Once during your turn, when you put Dialga from your hand onto your Bench, you may search your discard pile for up to 3 in any combination of Pokemon (excluding Pokemon LV.X) and basic Energy cards. Show them to your opponent and put them on top of your deck in any order. (Poke-POWER)

[2R] Hard Crush (50x) Discard the top 3 cards from your deck. This attack does 50 damage times the number of Energy cards you discarded.

Edit: just realized magmortar was a reprint.

Not only does it help; it is probably the only way you should run the deck. Being able to consistently hit for 150 a turn without taking the risk of discarding something important is big.

What about ninetales?

Roast Reveal - Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard a R Energy card from your hand. If you do, draw 3 cards. This power can't be used if Ninetales is affected by a Special Condition. (Poke-POWER)

Ninetales + Dialga + Magmortar = Deck?

Edit:
Ok, Here is a thought Steelix as the second attacker. He is the wall. Because you can't use seeker every turn. Even with 4 seekers and 4 vs seekers. Dialga LVX to stall a turn. I know it's completely impractical, but It's the best Metal + Fire synergy I can think of at the moment.

Please post ideas for me to look into.

Ok, i have to bump this, because I feel like I'm missing something. Possibly reading these wrong.

"up to 3 in any combination of Pokemon (excluding Pokemon LV.X) and basic Energy cards"

Does this mean that it can be 3 basic energy cards?

Yes, it can. Any combination means any combination: 3 energy/0 pokemon, 2 energy/1pokemon, 1 energy/2 pokemon, 0 energy/3 pokemon

Good. So this is the skeleton deck. Looks clean so far. What is wrong with it?

The Pokemon: 20
4 Magmortar CL
4 Magmar
3 Ninetales
3 Vulpix
1 Dialga X
3 Dialga (Reverse Time)
2 Jirachi RR

Trainers: 24
2 Research Record
3 VS Seeker
3 Seeker
2 Interviewers Questions
3 Bebe's Search
3 Warp Point
2 Super Scoop
3 Engineer's Adjustments
3 Pokemon Collector

Energy:16
4 Double Colorless Energy
2 Basic Metal Energy
10 Fire Energy

Or you can just run delcatty PL, dropping the need of wasting a supporter every turn :)

You want 150 every turn? Try 150 and two prizes every turn. Ladies and gentlemen, introducing Emboar/DRL combo :) With bubble coat to match :)

If you were serious about this, you'd want to run warp energy and Spritomb (with unown q)

Then you could warp, run your dialga power (avoid spray) and free retreat back up. Also, Sprititomb could slow down the SP rush a little bit because you'll need to keep the magmorar on the field long enough to get the combo going.
