Hey, I haven't posted in a while and this is my first attempt at posting a metagame decklist, as i
usually never use them, but here's my luxchomp build!

2-2 Luxray GL LvX
2-2 Garchomp C LvX
2-1 Uxie LvX
1 Ambipom G
1 Dragonite FB
1 Bronzong G
1 Crobat G
1 Toxicroak G
1 Azelf
1 Unown Q
1 Lucario GL
1 Smeargle
1 Roserade GL

4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Bebe's Search
4 Poke-Turn
3 Power Spray
3 Energy Gain
2 Sp Radar
1 Aaron's Collection
2 Premier Ball
1 Vs Seeker
1 Junk Arm
1 Luxury Ball
1 Pokemon Communication

3 Call Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
3 Electric Energy
1 Psychic Energy
1 Warp Energy

Well, the strategy of the deck is the same as any luxchomp build, control your opponent, take out
major threats, and keep drawing prizes until you win pretty much.

Since I'm using this deck for states, I'm kind of asking for help on techs, I know that it depends
what people are playing in this area, but honestly they play a wide variety, from lostgar to gyarados,
to machamp, to luxchomp, and many others. And even they always switch their decks around.

Here are some of the techs I'm considering using:

1-1 Dialga G LvX

Seeing as this card can counter a lot of decks, even less common decks like scizor prime. I'm just wondering if this big bench space card would become a big clump of unnecessary cards in my deck. Also with all of these future techs, what to take out for them.

1 Weavile G

Although this can become a good counter to gengar, you also have to bear in mind that it takes up an energy gain, and if you want it powered up, 2 damage on bronzong, which may lead to an early use of garchomp lvx, poketurn to prevent bronzong being knocked out from shadow room or dragon rush. It would also mean I'd have to put in at least 1 dark energy, which will be awkward considering i'm already including a single energy for psychic.

Smeargle

The smeargle honestly was put in because I saw others use it for good effect, if you can get an unown q on it you can be set pretty much from the get go. Although it can also be an extra bench space or useless card in your hand later on in the game.

Roserade GL

In the UK especially, i've seen this card be put to good use, and what's not to like? You prevent your opponent retreating and it can take 20 per turn pretty much. Accompanied by luxray LvX, it's quite amazing, but the only problem is, is it worth being taken out for something more important.

I know there's a lot more techs then this, including stadiums, but at the moment, these are the ones i find most useful. Any support for the list would be greatly useful, as a few of the tech cards I wasn't sure about. (P.S. I don't have entei/raikou if you decide to suggest that).

Thanks!

I think you could drop an ELectric Energy for another Call or Collector.
As for Roserade GL, I wouldn't drop it.
In sudden death, it's a near auto-win. Someone won a SD at a States just by Poison Binding a Smeargle to take the 1 prize.

Don't play Weavile G, in testing you will find it is relevant half the time, while in tournaments you will find it relevant half as much as that. Probably Drop the Pokemon Communcation for Twins as Twins helps in the mirror and slow starts. I would also cut a Pokemon Collector and a Premier Ball for your 1-1 DGX line. Premier ball is another dead card if you are trainer locked and a third collector lets Smeargle run over you faster.

This. Also, Chatot MD or G is incredibly helpful, as is a second Crobat G. Chatot MD can lock a Pokemon in place for multiple turns with Chatter ( i was Chattered six turns in a row at my States tourney), while Chatot G messes with their draw and digs up cards while rescuing itself.

Actually, that's very interesting/clever. Limiting your Collectors limits Smeargle.
Prem Ball might be used for recovering LV.Xs such as Uxie X in a Machamp match.
And I really want to fit in a Twins as for most SP matchups I play, I commonly take a prize second, and I can see how much Twins could help you in the mirror. Getting those DCEs is almost priceless.

Thanks for all your posts, I think Twins for me feels like the best option, so I'm going to drop a Collector for it, seeing as if I really need it, I can get it with cyrus, or the same effect for call. I wouldn't drop a premier ball, as uxie X from discard against machamp can be crucial. Dialga G, when I played in states never had a useful situation, so I'm gonna ignore that for now. An extra Crobat G doesn't seem helpful at all, considering how you wouldn't usually have the bench space or want to waste it. The only situation I can think of is against lostgar, which isn't played much around my area. Chatot G seems like a good idea for if there's a turn where you have no option of attacking ontop of it's pokepower, and can draw out any power sprays if necessary. Chatot MD honestly seems like a bit much, considering I'd normally use it for a free retreater, which the deck is filled with, and if I'd really need chatter, I'd have used lock up with azelf instead. There's also no way to get the double colorless off chatot when you attach it, so it seems like a waste.
Another idea I was thinking of was including a Seeker, it may help with donking or help as a 5th poketurn.

Thanks!

Chatterlock isn't really needed because of Roserade GL already doing that for only an energy gain and not a double colorless. A second crobat is always helpful, but chatot G isn't necessary
