What time is sign ups?

Posted the info from Jeff's website. As you can see, registration is from 9-1030 am.

Good luck to all that go!

May the staff have a peaceful day with few tough calls!

Keith

im having problems finding the place on my GPS does anyone have any suggestions?

---------- Post added 04/15/2011 at 08:43 PM ----------

never mind found it

The top four decks were:
2x Gyardos (one of which was me)
1x Luxchomp
1x Diachomp

I enjoyed the tourny. Again for the second time in a row I got 4th using Karps. I forgot to take notes so I don't have a report. I really enjoyed hanging out with some people from NC during cut. I also liked the basement like room where the vendor set up in.
Props:
The staff
Getting 4th again
Being given free pizza
Finding out why Q is so good
Meeting friends and just hanging out with others
Spending the first hour before registration playing Smash
Although lossing my top 4 match being able to bring back gyardos back 6 times in a row

Slops:
The weather
The temperture of the room going from very warm during the day to cold during cut
Call of Legends

Either way, good job at CONSTANTLY Topping, Scrobe. The Smash Bros before the tourny certainly was the highlight of my day haha. Pikachu certainly is Top of That game.

Stephen, way to represent VA!! You have taken so much ribbing from us over the years, I am so very proud to see what a great player you have become. You started this game umpteen years ago and now you have 2 consecutive regionals strong finishes.... a trophy in 2010 and now a medal in '11!!!

Congrats to the masters (my group!!) Every one of the matches that I was on throughout the day--you guys showed the most incredible sportsmanship, you made my team's job positively effortless. Jeff, you know that you have great players in the Carolinas and they sure had that on display the entire day!

Jeff and Mike--it is great that we have such a strong quad-state PTO team. (Heck, I'll add in Clay and Keith in TN as well!!) You know that I will work for you any place, any time..... just say the word!!

Hope all are now ready for b/w!!! The fun starts Friday night!!!!

1st 2nd and 3rd was taken by north carolina!! =)

Only because most of the VA/MD players decided to go to philly.

In all honesty... looking at the top 4, I think I probably would have either t2'd, or won if we had decided to go to VA over philly. Oh well....

You sound pretty sure of yourself there, bud.

Yeah, uh, I would've LOVED to see you try, dude. ;x

Thank you, Michael (R!).. Pretty presumptuous to claim a t2 spot at any regionals, Michael (M) Sorry if I'm overstepping here, but that kind of sheer arrogance can't go unchallenged.

Having been at Philly myself, it actually looked like most of the VA players went to VA. But that's because you don't get out to many tournaments anymore, you haven't seen how the VA player base has changed/grown.

I'm just going by my record at philly, and the my matchups vs the top 4 you guys had at VA. Not being arrogant, just going by what I think my deck was capable of.

Most of the VA players I know anyway. :p

Ya... I really wanted to go to some VA CC's, but school/jobs prevented me from making any of them. Seriously... it's kind of creepy. It's like you know my schedule and always put them on days when I can't attend. I smell a conspiracy!:biggrin:

EDIT:

Tim, I need those pictures of my round 6 match. lol
