The key to big events is consistency. Donphan/Samurott has at least even matchups with most decks.

I'm not surprised he's going well. What I want to know is what decks he beat.

i dont mind posting decks as long as people arent going to be crybabies over having their decks posted (like after round 1 cough cough)

lol @ Chanman. Yeah go for it (although there's absolutely no need to post lists; instead, just focus on concepts).

Crybabying for the win.

THIS JUST IN:

Astley R. is 4-0 with Illumise/Volbeat.

I talked to him and he said he was never gonna give up, or let us down.

lol your a scrub.

I bet you thought Vilegar was a good deck also. Slow decks have never had major sucess at large touraments like a nationals or a regionals. This is not unique to this year but has been the rule forever. They might have sucess is small event like BR or Cities but they loose to better, faster and more consistant decks in Big events like Nationals.

Didn't Vilegar win UK nationals?

lol your a scrub.

Is it clunky? Yes
Does it lose to donphan? Badly
Does reversal screw it over? You know it
Is it the most teched-against deck in the format? yup
Does it have a terrible game 3? Definitely

Magneboar=BDIF

@the whole vilegar discussion: Best deck ever printed

Everyone knows that Fainting Spell was the least appropriate power ever printed. You simply kill gengar, and you have a 50% chance of dying?

Anyway, that is kind of off topic. Leave old card discussion to another thread.
