Whats the plan? It is past the 17th and my opponent still has not set up a new time since he missed the other time we had set up!

Well he is on my skype contacts so how's this, if I can't get a hold of him tomorrow and he does not play with you tomorrow then I am giving you the win.
 
Because I want to get this done faster I am disqualifying everyone that hasn't played. However I will only do this if you do not finish by October 1.
 
going to let you know that, my opponent hasn't been in contact for a long time about this. all power to you to drop us if you wish, though, not sure its the right way to go about this
 
Wait??? Because my opponent missed the time we scheduled and has not been in contact with me as I have been trying to get in touch with him I get disqualified? That aint right!
