Noble Victories pre-realease card and also the Regionals promo!

Anyone else think these are kinda. . . the wrong way around?

The Victini is way more awesome than Shelmet. Regionals is way more awesome than pre-release, Seems kinda weird to me.

He does on first look but you still only get about a 43% chance of hitting for 120. Bear in mind then that (against any good deck) he WILL give up a prize. You also need a Plus Power to KO Reshiram or Zekrom so it's not that great tbh.

In a physic deck i can see the point as an extra basic and he could actually work as a splashable Gothitelle counter (him and fliptini take only 2 spaces if you run Rainbow energy) but that's about it.

Even with only a 43% chance with the twin Victini setup, I have some fun things in store for this deck.

that's not true in the slightest bit. you're gonna have like a 50 percent chance of getting it either way. if you miss the first one what makes you think you're gonna get it the second time? there is currently nothing broken in this format and there won't be for quite some time. so either learn what the meaning of broke is or don't bother with calling something broken.

Ok, this is just rude. It's here just to be offensive, which i don't appreciate.

I am aware of the word psychic. It's a typo. If you want proof of my English then go read my articles on 6P. If you just wanna pick arguments with people, please do so elsewhere.

P.s. If you like i can bemoan your over-use of commas or your mis-use of the word imply, or we can just get back to the topic at hand, which i would prefer.

Yeah same. I guess it might be expensive to stamp them or something?

I like the Shelmet because the effect on the attack is one of the more interesting ones we've had in an evolving basic in awhile. Hopefully it's the start of a trend of less filler.
 
So I'm trying to figure out what our Cities Promo, Spring Regional Promo, and National's Promo will be and I'm guessing we will get Karrablast for Cities, Accelgor for Spring Regional's, and Excavalier for Nationals.
 
I'd guess that Spring Regionals would have the same promo as Fall Regionals. My best guess is thus...

Cities: Karrablast
States: Escavalier (States is usually the evolved form of Cities)
Nationals: Accelgor

Of course, they could always screw with this by having Accelgor for Spring Regionals and choosing a Stage 2 Pokemon for Cities, States, and Nationals...
 
Wow I totally forget to mention States lol yeah you are probably right, both Regionals will have Shelmet. I still don't see how Shelmet was chosen out of all the other Gen 5 pokemon.

Then would you so please inform me on the true meaning of broken?
If i'm not understanding it then i will listen until i do
