First class mail can be tracked as long as it is thicker than 3/4 inch. Then you can get delivery confirmation on it - I do it all the time.

As for Chibi, I received a pm today that I will get a refund on Friday since that is when they get paid.

Common misconception. First-Class mail can be tracked in one of three ways: Certified Mail, Registered Mail, & Delivery Confirmation.

  • Certified Mail shows when item was delivered or delivery was attempted + requires a signature. Applies to any mailpiece. ($3.40 for 1 ounce)
  • Registered Mail is the most secure. Your item will not be processed by machines and undergoes a chain of custody where each person handling the item has to sign for it until it reaches you. Signature required, very slow, expensive, and requires special packging. ($11.40 for 1 ounce)
  • Delivery Confirmation shows the path where your mail was accepted to where and when it was delivered. No signature. Only applies to parcels and packages, not regular envelopes. ($2.80 for 1 ounce)
However, each of these "confirmed delivery" methods come with its own unique tracking number, which the buyer/sender should be able to retrieve and give to you.

As for ref reporting, each iTrader ref has a report button you can click.

Yeah, you can buy extra tracking, but it's not included with regular first class. Either way, the last I asked, Sora did not buy a tracking number--just claims he simply called the post office and they told him it was delivered.

Thanks, I got the ref. worked out. He didn't have a tracking number, so it doesn't much matter either way. But I didn't realize you get confirmation on regular first class mail... I appreciate the advice and I am sure it will come in handy with future big trades.
 
MagnEel anyone???? I sent them a message asking if sent or not we apparently are sending at the same time, and i want to know when to send! anyone know anything?
 
reis_17, bad trader do not trade with him unless he sends first, i sent my cards on the first week of january and till now no answer and no cards from him. I sent more cards to USA at same time and people has already received them and i received them too so its not a post office delay.

Yeah, we made a deal but when I got more refs, and asked him to send first, he stopped communicating with me.

Just an update. I did get a full refund and he was professional about it. I was told I was going to get a refund today but I got it 2 days ago.
 
Hotwings is a bad trader. Luckily, I followed my gut and didn't send my trades out, as I have a lower ref than him.

He first tried to initiate trade via PM, had a fake positive on his iTrader, and never responded to my PMs asking him to send first. What he had listed on his trade list did not reflect what he was offering, and seems to offer trades for cards he's actually looking for.

Do not send first; no matter what your personal ref is.
 
Having problems with figure8.. Had less refs than me and asked me to send first cuz i live overseas. i sent out like more than a month. he has not been responding to my pms. please help
 
When's the last time dragonfire logged on? I'm thinking he ripped me off.

We traded once, no problem. He sent first and sent quickly. We traded again, confirmed 2 weeks ago. He asked if we could send same time and I reluctantly agreed...being the nice guy I am. I sent him a pm on Monday asking about it and he's made up some excuse about mail being slow.

EDIT: He's finally reponded with some excuse about mail being slow lately. It doesn't take 2 weeks for mail to get from Florida to Georgia.

Anyone know whats up with Loser lately? I sent quite awhile ago is it possible he must of encountered some problems as he hasn't talked to me about the trade and poor communications.
 
well im not sure what happened, but the tribunal said they'll look into it and never got back to me.
so it got ripped? i got ripped for the 4th time already doing pokemon trading...much more than trading on all other sites combined..

I did take a look at that but when I was looking on here I saw some
people saying some stuff about some of that being faked..blah..blah
so I just wanted to check before I actually committed to any offers!
 
For the most part on this site, you can't fake an iTrader reference...

because...

A) You need to link a trade thread where the deal was made

B) Im sure mods review them all
 
Gabriel Pires is a HORRIBLE trader. I waited for so long for my cards and never recieved while I sent him 3 TROPICAL BEACHES. I feel so horrible :(
