Update! Now with Altaria ex. The problem with altario though is that now cessation crystals become a problem.
This deck is HP-on so please don't suggest cards that will not be legal next year. Any suggestions for this deck are welcomed. BTW this deck OWNS empoleon, as long as you get a couple of kingdra's in play.

there isnt much synergy between kingdra ex and lucario
kingdra needs castform to be fast and usually works best as a loner with techs

This would be better to do since you play 3 Castaway. Plus Power isn't a tool so I say charm is better.

If you mean castform as a start, that doesn't really work anymore. All the lucario decks will destroy it. As to the synergy between kingdra ex and lucario, what would a better combo be? I do not want to do it with meganium. How about kingdra ex with fearow CG and something else?

Updated. I took out lucario added fearow and altaria ex. Will kingdra be strong enough by itself though?
 
Yes, it is pretty strong. I play it myself.

Try to add Castform or Pinsir d'.
Take out a Candy, add one more Seadra.
Take out PlusPower, add Str. Charm instead of it.
 
Castform to take back energies, or to use as a starter? The other problem with Kingdra is when you come across pokemon that can OKHO it. In testing it will out-speed decks like feraligatr and then they finally get a gatr set up and OKHO your kingdra. Then you put out another one and they do the same thing.

Gatr can't do 160-190 per turn. Not without Lass.

I don't think this is my exact list (since it's just from top of my had), but it looks pretty much like this.
It still needs some fixes though (more windstorm, night maintenance etc.)
 
Windstorms are the main thing I can't figure out how to get in. I think the crystal shards are a good idea, because a lot of people are posting salamence decks, and a 3 hit KO to salamence is not a good thing. Use Bebe's instead of PETM you can search basic.

Wasn't going to, especially since he neglected to tell me how many trainers and energies. Besides ow would you get all the kingdras set up? No one has made any suggestions about how to fit windstorm into this list.
