Strategy:
get damage out fast
i think he needs more draw power, and could probably drop some energy

IMO run the PK Shiftry EX as a Tech over the DP shiftry..... Turn 1 donks still win games..... Yes Drop like 3 NRG -2 Multi, -1 Basic Dark + 3 SSU... Or +1 Absol EX +1 Windstorm +1 Mawile CG (Hes your starter you should max him out)

IMO shiftry empoleon is a better combo. Put out prinplup and do aquashower.

Y'know what I think could be a problem - Lucario's FF cost, w/ such a low F nrg count. Might wanna think about that.

-1 Rare Candy and -1 Dark Energy. Put in either 1 Castaway and 1 more Windstorm, or 2 Windstorm. Special Dark doesn't seem to have much of a place anymore, and 4 seems kinda like overkill, since the deck seems to accel in bench damage.
