The whole strategy is to stall with Mr. Mime and evolve Crobats on the bench to toxic the defending pokemon. From there, you just stall and attack them with Mr. Mime when needed. If they Cessation Crystal, you have 3 Windstorms to counter and 4 isn't needed IMHO since you can just KO the threat sometimes. If they do KO the Mr. Mime, you send up Crobat, build another Mr. Mime and use Crobat's attack to hopefully KO the defending (after they have taken toxic damage) and hopefully flip tails and shuffle crobat back into the deck. You send up the next Mr. Mime and pull Crobat back out of the deck with Nidoqueen. Holon Circle is there to stall for a turn or two and Buffer Piece is there to help Mr. Mime tank. Castaway searches for Buffer Piece. Scott searches for Holon Circle.

but you might wanna add in a 1-1 or 2-2 toxicroak instead of the mime. it isn't a terrible attacker and your opponent taking 20 damage in between turns with no way to get rid of it (outside tropius, double full heal, and other unplayable cards) is pretty good. mr. mime is pretty terrible.

toxicroak doesn't really make that much of a difference imho. For it to affect the active, you have to hit a VERY early Crobat, which isn't going to happen all the time. Either way, if you do hit a VERY early Crobat with a Toxicroak on the field, they can just switch/retreat and attack with something else. In BATMAN (pending title), you stop them from attacking you until at least T3. If you can get a semi-early Crobat, you can pressure them with damage and Holon Circle's. If they retreat, all their past energy goes with that Pokemon and they have to start over attaching more energy to their next active, leading to a possible T6 attack.

That would mean, they choose to stay poisoned OR to take 30.

Anyway, excellent deck. I agree with *almost* everything. I like your Pokemon, to a tee, including the 2-4 Mime line. I like your Energy setup also!

Trainers:

You're a bit light on Draw, even with Queen. Maybe drop down to 3 Celio's in deference to the Queen Poke-Power, and up the Prof. Rowan count to 2.

Holon Circle isn't a bad choice, and I admire your use of it, especially to bolster Windstorm. And 2 Buffer is a nice touch.

Special conditions don't exist on the bench.

Mila, Meganium is great to get stuff and setup in setup decks like LBS and MSN. But this deck is a little different. You will need to search and pull pokemon from your deck at different intervals in the game. Simply pulling them out in the beginning won't help that much since you will need to recycle them and keep using their poke-powers. Nidoqueen solves the problem a little better, although it opens the deck up to being weak to battle frontier. That's one reason I run 3 windstorm and 2 holon circle.

I thought about a bunch of cards. Crystal beach, which would be great against a lot of decks in the format, and it might be the play over holon circle. I also thought about ER2, but it's a little to flippy and requires 4 of it to really work and I don't want to sacrifice that much space to it. This isn't a stage 1 deck, this deck doesn't have a lot of room for stuff like that.
