The site has the Mysterious Treasures 3-pack down for a November release, but other sources have stated that it will be released in September. This site's dates might not be too accurate with regards to actual US releases.

Looks like there are 2 different version of the tins.( Empoleon/Infernape/Torterra)
European ones who come with 4 DP boosters release in September
USA ones who come with 2 DP + 2 BT boosters release in September.

Looks also like the Lucario Tin is a "single" release.

Garchomp Lv. X wont be in POP6 it was just released. If you think about it, Lucario Lv. X wont be release by itself. There will be 2 other Tins. My bet is that Garchomp Lv. X will be the Second Tin with Lucario Lv. X and leaving room for one more.
