OK, there may be decks like this if so tell me... but I truthfully made this myself...

Pokemon: (19)
4x-2x-2x-3x (2 Flygon delta, 3 Flygon EX delta)
2x Ray EX delta
2x Absol EX
3x Holon's Castform
3x Budew ??? or
2x Chimecho HP ???

Energies: (12)
4x Delta Rainbow
8x Psychic

Trainers: (29)
3x Mentor
3x Holon Adventurer
2x Night maintaneance
4x Elm's Training
3x Windstorm
2x Copycat
4x Rare Candy
2x Super Scoop Up
2x Dual Ball

Where should I put balls??? Stadiums ???

Strategy:
Get Flygon delta and and boost the EX one, spreading damage with attack and sand damage,
then spreading it with Absol. Rayquaza for a l8te game set-back to snipe bench.

i think budew its better than castform start.
Put 3 budew,only 3 catform and a little ball engine.
Put 2-3 dual ball or u couldn't take rayD ex.

You might want to add in a 2-0-2 Nidoqueen and some more windstorm to counter stadiums.
I'd use Celio's Network instead of Bebe's Search and I'd also take out 4 Elm's Training for 2 Mentor and 2 Copycat and -1 Night Maintainence and +1 Switch.
